Closed territory with a swimming pool (sharing with other residents of the villa) , garden, outdoor patio, and 7 min of drive to the sea (Coral Bay beach ). Villa is located in a nice quiet neighborhood . Nearest down town restaurants and cafe within 10 min of walk. Bus station is within 10 min walk. Parking space is on the street near the house. Extra charges of 10 euro/ day are applied fir the use of AC .

The Sage Room shares a courtyard with our Traditional Stone House in Simou village. This little paradise is the perfect place to rest, rejuvenate, connect to nature and take in the spectacular views. With an en-suite shower room, small fridge and tea/coffee facilities, its the perfect room for a couple to stay and explore the neighboring villages and sights. Breakfast with homemade produce available on request.

This apartment is in a quiet location in the heart of Kato Pafos, near the beach, on the nearest street are sbars, cafes, night-life and restaurants just in short walk away! Sunny apartments: two terraces - one facing pool and sea and perfect view to the whole complex, other - nice place for barbeque. Relax at the veranda in our beautiful garden swim or on the beautiful beaches in Latchi and camping sute. 5 minute walk to the center of Polis with great restaurants, fish taverns, cafes and bars to spend your time. After booking I will be sending you a google map of the area with recommendations about restaurants, grocery stores and must see sightseeing spots.
