What can I say. the apartment was great. Truly an incredible view to wake up to. Friendly and responsive host. great for our family. Easy to find, easy street parking. Food in the area was great. greek vanilla pastry is the best.. we would rate the place very highly. The only thing is the carrying of luggage up the stairs, but it's worth it. thank you for the great stay.

Elsa patiently answered all the questions we asked. The house was as we saw in the photos. The house was immaculately clean, the sheets and towels smelled clean and nice. Everything we needed was available. We also loved the treats. We also thought the location was good. The neighborhood where the house was located was quiet. We also fed the cat that came to the balcony constantly written in the directions and😃 we were satisfied. She was a good host. If we come back again, we would like to stay at Elsaap

The suite was Very beautiful and removes. we were Extremely happy! The lessor was very kind and always available and helped us and sent all the information directly! We will definitely come back ☺️

Great place, near to the beach and with nice neighbors I suggest to visit it.

This was one of the better properties we have stayed in. The room was located right downtown, with area attractions within walkable distance. (The Roman Aquaduct less than one block away and the castle was right up the hill). The narrow entrance door lead up a stairway to a spacious and comfortable space. Κυριακή has thought of everything, and was always immediately available each time we texted her with questions. She and her husband helped us find free parking directly in front of the unit the first day, and answered questions regarding the parking spots we chose each day after that. (Parking was probably our biggest challenge, especially on Saturday night when the Kavala was especially crowded.) I can't imagine a more comfortable or a more convenient place to stay in Kavala, and this would be my first choice for any future visits.

The house is on a difficult street to park, but Nikos is helpful and you can park in the garage right below the house. There are places such as bakeries, markets, greengrocery on 2.3 lower streets of the house. Getting down to the beach from the house takes around 10 minutes by walking. The house was spotless, with everything from shampoo to shower gel. There was water, coffee, green tea in the kitchen. The balcony is incredibly pleasant. Those who will come in the summer have very good food on that balcony. There is nothing I can say negative, but it would be nice to add 1-2 pans to the kitchen as a suggestion. We made our omelette in a giant pot in the morning. Other than that, Nikos was very helpful with everything, it is a heartfelt advice, if you are staying in Kavala, you can choose this place.

The time at Dimitrios was great. A huge garden with lots of seating and a fantastic backdrop and tranquility. Dimitrios is very very friendly and helpful and the location is great for getting to the beautiful Golden Beach. About 2 km on foot. The hike to the Ipsario is fantastically beautiful and can be started directly from the apartment. We enjoyed the time very much and would like to be a guest here again. Absolute recommendation!

This was a perfect stay in Kavala. The appartement has a nice location outside the busy center. This is positive! Because to drive in Kavala with the narrow roads is troublesome. The appartement also has its own parking, so very nice. It was very very clean and has a modern touch. I had good communication with the host and he even left me some apple juice, water, coffee and chocolates. What more can you ask? Thanks for everything!

Very clean house, comfortable and fully functional. The only thing that pushed me was the many steps, but I knew that beforehand.

Super apartment, everything you need is available. Everything clean, just as you wish. Aggeliki is a super host who is always available. She always asks if everything is okay and if you need help. Value for money is more than just great! It was fantastic. Will definitely come back!

It was amazing, quiet place with magnificient view. If you are looking for relaxation this is the place, you also have sea view. 15 min walk to the beach. Thank you Andreea for everything🤍

A sparkling clean, modern apartment with an amazing view from the 2 bedrooms and the big balcony. The building is on the main pedestrian street full of cafes and restaurants, and just a minute from the beach. The apartment is equipped with all necessary things. We had a perfect stay, the host was extremely helpful all the time answering any questions and made our stay easier and more enjoyable! We would definitely visit again and I highly recommend the apartment! Our sincerest thanks!

Nice, cozy flat, with a great view towards the Old Town with the Med in the background. The apartment is located in a quiet neighbourhood and everything's in walking distance. There's a dedicated parking spot in front of the building, so one can leave their car there and explore Kavala on foot. Panaretos, the host, is very friendly and responsive, and will guide you to make the best of the city. We enjoyed our stay and we'll definitely check it out again in the future.

We had great time at the suites. The hosts were super friendly and kind, the suites were clean and nice. I recommend it.

Our stay at this apartment was absolutely wonderful. Markeliana’s mom was extremely friendly and thoughtful, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Since we were staying near Christmas, the apartment was beautifully decorated with a Christmas theme, which added a special touch to our experience. Additionally, there were lovely fresh flowers in the apartment, which made the ambiance even more delightful. The cleanliness was outstanding everything was spotless and perfectly maintained. The bed was very comfortable with a high-quality mattress, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed. The location and the view were stunning, making our stay even more enjoyable. It truly felt like home, not just a rental place! A huge thank you to the host, and we sincerely hope to stay here again in the future.

We had a lovely stay at Verde Villa. Everything was as described, the bakery around the corner has some great croissants, supermarket is really close and the walk to the beach is fairly short. Recommend for groups up to 6 people.
