Best Location and most secured area in Nassau! No car needed. Gates 24/7 security Amazing house with awesome garden views on a spacious lot with mature trees and fresh air. Open and airy living and dining area with a huge sun room. A secure location near the Hilton Hotel and Margaritaville Resort. We are close to all the major attractions this island has to offer. 5 min walk from Junkanoo Beach, Fish fry, Margaritaville Resort, and the new astonishing 10 million dollar Cruise Ship port.

This stunning large home has everything a traveling family needs for an amazing luxury vacation, nestled on a cul de sac in a safe upscale neighborhood. 10 min walking distance to 2 popular beaches and a (3rd) small private beach that is perfect for morning and evening walks where the sunset is spectacular. Take phone calls from the covered outdoor living space while you watch your kids swim in a beautiful pool. We recommend renting a car to travel to Grocery stores 10 minute drive.
