Sofias House 4

Sofia's house is located in Merichas Kythnos island, on the center of the port, at the top of the mountain, with the best view. A modern house with private bathroom. You can get there only by 130 stairs. Full renovated the house in 2022 and put a new matrress on the bed at May of 2023. Αlso a pressurized water machine was installed in our complex at 2022 and with the pre-existing tank makes us independent from the island's water supply system. We always try to improve our house.

Villa for summer holidays in contact with the sea

Traditionally built house a few meters from the sea with a bedroom with a double bed with anatomic mattress, TV and wardrobe, toilet with built-in sanitary ware, living room with sofa that becomes a double bed and armchair-bed, TV and kitchen fully equipped with full air conditioning can accommodate up to 5 people. The car stops 80 meters from the house and access is by stairs and a traditional alley. It has a large terrace with a living room and 2 beach loungers.

75 sqm split level, 2 bedroom beach front house ideal for relaxing, tranquil vacations. It is located on a secluded sandy beach with emerald crystal clear waters well protected from northern winds, which is accessible through the property. The beach of Potamia is reached by a 5 min walk or swim from our beach and Agios Sostis beach by 10 min walk (see in photos). The veranda has a wonderful combined view of the sea and the surrounding mountains.
