Parga Town House is located in a lovely residential area only 200 meters from the Venetian Castle of Parga. Valtos beach is only a few minutes walk down the narrow path and Parga's bustling harbour is the same distance. The house has stunning views from the terrace overlooking Parga and you can also clearly see the walls of nearby castle too. The house is designed to offer comfort to guests who will find everything they are looking for in a holiday home.

My house is located on a hillside with olive trees above Parga, with a panoramic view of the city, the Castle, the port . It consists of 4 elegant studios, two spaces each. Equipped with all the amenities of a home (kitchen, bathroom, terraces, TV, air conditioning,intrnet ideal for families who love tranquility, but not isolation. Just a stone's throw from the city center and the beautiful beach of Valtos, with parking in front of the building.

Summer house on the bay

A comfortable little house with a garden that opens on the bay and the sea, offering a magnificent view of the sunset. A 10-minute walk takes you to the Alykes salt pans, where there is a "Natura" park with pink flamingos in the right season, normally in spring and autumn. Behind the house there is a private parking. Renting a car is highly recommended for getting around the area, visit villages and beaches, shopping, etc.

It is the third in a row fully independent house in a renovated complex of three houses of Villa Callista, Rasalu house and Neraduhouse and is surrounded by a centuries-old olive grove. It was completely renovated in 2022 with the aim of remaining as it was 200 years ago.
