Inbegrepen in de prijs: stroom 20 KWH/dag (ongeveer 8 uren airco op 24 graden Celsius en normaal gebruik van overige apparatuur). Kosten voor meer verbruik stroom is Euro 0,30/KWH.

Op 5 minuten loopafstand is het uitgaanscentrum met verschillende eettenten, restaurants en warungs waar je kunt smullen van heerlijke gerechten uit verschillende keukens. Verder zijn op loopafstand ook markten, supermarkten waar je al je boodschappen kunt halen.
