You wake up to birds, rather than the noise of motos. Stylishly decorated, you can enjoy two private terraces, one with morning sun and the other with sunset views, with BRAND NEW TERRACE FURNITURE. The loft has been restored with attention and care, exposed wood beams and red brick walls feature prominently. Bathroom is a de-constructed concept with a huge shower space, open wash basin and water closet. It is complete with towels, shower gel, shampoo, and hair dryer. Bed is 150 x 190 and situated in the main chamber. Full kitchen is available, with enough seating to choose where you want to eat. The kitchen is equipped for cooking, including fridge freezer, oven, vitro-ceramic stovetop, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, and kettle. THE APT. INCLUDES: Hot/cold AC, Samsung Smart TV with USB ports/HDMI cable, WIFI internet, ironing equipment, AEG washing machine dryer combo. For guests staying 28 days or more, we provide clean bed sheets and towels once a week and we offer weekly cleaning for discounted price. The elevator reaches the third floor and a flight of stairs (24 steps) takes you to the apartment at the top floor. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms. One with double bed, second one can be double bed or two single beds. Large living room area and terrace. Additional refrigerator and freezer space is at guests disposal in the storage room. It is not recommendable for young people looking for party. No Music after 10:30pm. No noise after 10:30 pm €9,50 per night, stay up to a maximum of 7 night Bicycles are not allowed in the building or apartment.

This gorgeous 90m2, bohemian duplex ONE BED apartment has amazing views over the entire city from the large plant -covered terrace. Walking distance from Las Ramblas. There is a bedroom with Queen sized bed downstairs beside a long balcony and another open-plan living area upstairs beside the terrace. There's a smart Tv, free wifi and washing machine and dryer. (please note: it's on the 6th floor and there's NO elevator).Tourist tax (€9.50 per person/per night) IS included in the nightly price.

Mi alojamiento es bueno para parejas, aventureros, viajeros de negocios, y familias. Ubicado en muy buena zona de la ciudad, cerca del centro y del puerto, cuenta con parada de metro muy cerca. Decorado con un toque especial de diseño. Tiene una pequeña terraza trasera muy agradable y tranquila y un balcón que da a la calle principal. Bien aislado de ruidos, con dos baños con ducha y dos habitaciones dobles, una con cama de matrimonio y la otra con dos camas individuales juntas.
