The apartment is located on the first floor of the old grandparents' house. My grandfather built it with his hands and us we restore. The Tana Libera Tutti project was born in 2015. We created "Tane" in my grandparents' and great-uncles' old house, which we renovated with our own hands. :) Since 2025, Francesco (sancho for friends) has been became Official and Exclusive Guide of the Pollino National Park. Villa Franca is located about 850 meters above sea level and overlooks a balcony on the Mercure Valley surrounded from east to south by the Pollino chain. The house has a large living room with a comfortable sofa bed, a kitchen equipped with a fireplace complete with appliances, 2 double bedrooms, a bathroom, a large porch, and an outdoor barbecue. Given the location, you can get to the Lao gorges for rafting, Mount Pollino for hiking and the Latronico thermal baths in a few minutes

Located on the main street of San Severino Lucano overlooking the peaks of the Pollino massif. Completely renovated in 2018 and complete with all accessories/appliances. Our holiday home is near the town of Senise but is surrounded by nature, so it's a unique combination.
