A small unit designed in the rural Karkur in a quiet location And a short distance from the community's points of interest. Within walking distance are neighborhood cafes and a wine bar. The nearby HaMeyasdim Street is the active center of Karkur, where you can find restaurants, cafes, a neighborhood pub, nature shops, and more. A kilometer away is the Artists Stables complex and within walking distance is the Alonit Ein Shemer shopping complex that contains parking lots and restaurants. There is an abundance of culinary, impressive nature, and cultural life. If you feel like touring the area, you can travel to Caesarea, Binyamina, Zikhron Ya'akov, and tour the Aviel River and the area's wineries.

A perfect location for private car or public transport, 15 min walk from Pardes Hana Train Station (40 min from Tel aviv). 10 min lovely walk through woods to city center. 15 min drive to the beautiful nature around and historical sites (Cesarea ruins and Aqueduct beach, the hills and stream of Amikam and Mount Carmel) Plenty of fun things to do around.
