On one side a forest, on the other a pond, pure nature, peace and fresh air. We have built 2 cottages here, which have separate entrances, so you will not disturb each other at all. And who are we? Beautiful new sunny apartment (43 m2) with its own covered parking space and air conditioning is located 5 minutes walk from the center of Pardubice and 7 minutes walk from the train and bus station. There is a fully equipped kitchen (toaster, coffee maker, kettle, induction, oven, refrigerator and cooking accessories). The apartment is suitable for 2 adults. There is a double bed, TV, desk and large armchair. The bathroom has a large shower and a washing machine. The terrace is equipped with seating. We look forward to seeing you!

Welcome to our unique Tiny house on the outskirts of Kutná Hora. This is one of the most successful models in this segment and you won't find another similar piece in the Czech Republic :-) The feeling of spaciousness is the main weapon of this house. A family of five can comfortably function on 24m2 with 38m2 of living space. The structure is a wooden building for permanent living, including hot water, infrared heating, air conditioning. Very quiet location, not suitable for noisy parties.

The house is located in a quiet village and in a cul de sac. You can enjoy a pleasant stay without city distractions. Outside there is a covered and lighted porch with a grill and smoker, which all located in a fenced yard, where you can enjoy a pleasant evening while roasting sausages or grilling meat. The house has a newly remodeled attic with six beds although after agreement wih the owner extra matraces may be added on the floor.
