The cottage is situated in the village of Budislav on the edge of the cottage area of Záskalí. Around the cottage is an open grassy area, near a stream. It is suitable for a family with a baby and older children. It is an ideal base for those who want to spend a holiday in a beautiful environment surrounded by nature and tranquility. The cottage for rent provides accommodation for 1 to 5 people in 2 bedrooms with a baby crib. There is a fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, grill, bed linen, towels, hair dryer, toiletries and cleaning supplies.

Midla cabin is located directly on the Svitavské ski slope. The cabin has three apartments, a common room, two kitchens, a fireplace, a patio, and an outdoor seating area. Ski center offers 6 ski slopes of various challenges, snowpark, 7 ski lifts (artificial snow, possibility of evening skiing). Downhill tracks on the northern slopes allow skiing even in the spring months. A few dozen kilometers of perfectly maintained cross-country skiing trails and a ridge path from Bukové hory to Suchý Vrch.
