The cottage is in a picturesque village on the edge of the Žďárské vrchy protected area. It has a luxuriously furnished kitchen with an adjoining bedroom. There is also a huge room overlooking an amazingly quiet garden with an in-ground pool. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a washing machine. There is also another small bedroom and a small workshop for storing bicycles. There is also a garage and parking on the property. Nearby there are huge forests for mushroom pickers, bike paths, cross-country ski trails, ski slopes and plenty of activities for parents with children.

We rent a house with a garden all year round in the village of Králíky, in the Králický Sněžník area. The location offers sports activities and beautiful nature. The house is close to the Dolní Morava resort, popular with tourists. Accommodation for max. 8 adults, 10 people including children. The house is fully equipped, situated in a quiet place with good transport accessibility. The location is suitable for summer and winter holidays, family holidays or relaxation with friends. During the summer holidays, we only offer weekly stays starting on Saturday.

Cottage Mill

The cottage is a lot in the area, but we offer you the keys to the pension! The landmark is a large wooden barn and a garden with a gazebo that will create a welcoming atmosphere for you. The cottage is just for you, the food, the barrel, and other drinks you bring your own. The cottage has an equipped kitchen on the ground floor where there are basic spices so you don't have to drive the whole house :-). There is an outdoor pool, trampoline, swings, sandpit, children's toys. Weddings: for 50-80 people with an outdoor ceremony and seating area

You will have the whole house with a terrace and grill, a large fenced garden with a fireplace, a trampoline, and a playground for children. You can park up to 3 cars directly on the property.

The cottage is located on the outskirts of the village overlooking the Orlické Mountains. The garden is fenced, which is very safe for small children and pets. A courtyard is available for parking your vehicle. There are many bike trails, forests, ponds, and beautiful nature in the area. The village of Poběžovice is located about 15 km from two large regional cities, Pardubice and Hradec Králové. There are many sports and cultural activities. History lovers will find many castles and chateaux nearby.
