Welcome to our beautiful new 2,000 sq ft, 4-bedroom house. Step into a tranquil oasis on this huge 1/2 lot, where you can truly relax and recharge. The home sits at the end of a cul-de-sac with a huge backyard and a 70’ driveway. The gorgeous interiors are designed to make you feel right at home, with a king bed, 2 queen beds, and 2 bunk beds to accommodate all guests. The best part we include access to a private launch ramp and huge grass area to entertain and relax and only 2 mins away.

Our large family has been creating memories at this house for many years. It is equipped with all the amenities to ensure a comfortable, carefree vacation. We love that others can enjoy it and make their own wonderful memories. The Castaway House is in the Keys, on the riverfront in a calmer, safer current area. The sandy beach is the perfect spot to put your toes in the water, chair in the sand. The bedrooms offer everyone their own space, with comfortable, quality bedding and smart TVs.

This home has excellent access to the desert and is 2 minutes away from the launch ramp on the Parker Strip on the Colorado River. Boat/Off road vehicle/trailer parking is available in front of our place. The desert view is unobstructed to the east. Recreational boat/jet ski/off road vehicle rentals are close by as well as eating and drinking establishments. The Blue Water Casino is only 5 minutes away.
