Newly refurbished 2 room apartment(42,7m2), with well equipped kitchen waiting for you. Very close to city centre, coach station and beach. (12-15 min walk) Great for vacation stay for families and couples. Pärnu offers: beautiful beach, lot of spas, restaurants, shopping centres and green areas. Closest bus stop is 5 minute walk (Side / Kanali). There are 2 grocery stores nearby one is Turu Rimi 500 m away and closest is A1000 store which is 300 m.

Beach is within a walking distance ( 500m). Located next to LOTTEMAA Kids Theam Park 500m from the house. Golf Course- 2km Spa-jacuzzi for Sept, October for extra cost . We disconnect outside jacuzzi due to the freezing weather in Oct.

The house is located on the same property as our family home, but it is still private and conveniently accessible. The nearest grocery stores and petrol station are located in Selja (4 min) and Sindi (9 min).
