Completely renovated apartment in Pärnu beach district with a sunny balcony. The apartment has an air heat pump that provides heating and cooling. The spacious bedroom has a wide double bed, and there are fold-out armchair beds in both the bedroom and the living room. The apartment is suitable for two people (+ children) to stay comfortably. The kitchenette has a hob and oven with a microwave, a large fridge, a dishwasher and everything you need to cook and enjoy your food. There is a washing machine in the bathroom. Parking is free for guests. Parties are not allowed.

During the warm seasons the balcony is really enjoyable to sit and enjoy the sunrise and sunset. Awesome view to the Pärnu river, walking and sporting tracks close by. This compact, all-comfort cottage is located on the shores of a small waterfront in Kuiaru, Pärnu county, by the road Pärnu-Rakvere-Sõmeru. Pärnu’s city line is a 15-minute drive away. The house is located on the same property as our family home, but it is still private and conveniently accessible. The nearest grocery stores and petrol station are located in Selja (4 min) and Sindi (9 min).
