The loft furniture was carefully curated to make the area comfortable while stylish and enjoyable. The rooftop has a 360° view of CDMX, with direct view to the skyline of the Reforma buildings. The Santa María neighborhood is well connected to Polanco, the Airport, Chapultepec, Condesa, Juárez and the Historic Center.

Sunny loft with a big terrace in a historic area

New and spacious two stories loft on an award winning renovated building from the 1940´s. Security 24/7 , personal digital code to access the apartment, wifi, fully equipped kitchen, Smart TV with Netflix/Mubi, and a shared laundry room in the building. The loft has one patio in the first floor and a huge terrace full of plants on the second floor next to the bedroom. It is usually very quite but there could be a little noise during the day if another apartment is doing renovations.

Enjoy the city in a unique and peaceful location in Roma Sur. Our loft, Xoxotic (green in Nahuatl), is located only a few blocks away from Condesa and Roma Norte, two of the “it” neighborhoods in the City, where you can find lovely cafés and bakeries, art galleries, indie boutiques, and some of the best restaurants in Latin America. The loft is on the second floor and there is no elevator, so you have to use stairs to get there.

Comoda suite en tercer piso , ojo no hay elevador para 2 personas con cama queen size y servicio como internet TV por cable cocineta etc, super bien ubicada. Perfecta para dos personas Con refrigerador microondas TV. Si necesitas llegar fuera del horario normal 9am a 10 PM, habrá que pagar a quien te recibe 500 pesos en efectivo como compensación.
