Uno de los mejores edificios en Tucacas es Nautilus Park, ya que tiene un area de piscina bastante grande con Tobogan. Ubicado diagonal al Luxor y a tan solo 5 min del pueblo de Tucacas. Apto en Planta Baja con terraza vista a la playa. No tiene planta eléctrica. Aqui no cobran extra para usar las parrilleras, y los brazaletes son solo $2 mientras que en otros cobran $5.
