Climate-smart small cabin

Between Nybro and Kalmar is our little cottage. It is newly renovated, simple standard with outdoor toilet (separate). The kitchen is well-equipped with kitchen accessories and wood-burning stove as well as refrigerator. In the garden, there is garden furniture and a barbecue grill, an outdoor shower where you can shower under the open sky. The cabin is equipped with solar cells that provide limited but sufficient electricity for for example, refrigerator and lighting. The cottage is not suitable for families with children/people with disabilities due to the sleeping loft with a steep staircase.

The lake house - our gem!

Sjöstugan - our pearl right by the lake! Private house with sleeping loft, kitchen, beautiful large room with fireplace and view of the lake. Wood-fired sauna with a dip in the lake right next door. Hot tub on the jetty - always warm. Swimming dock 5 meters outside the door. Access to a boat. If you want to buy a fishing license, contact the host. Wood for the fireplace and sauna is included. The yard is fenced all the way to the lake and our Beagle dog Vide is often loose outside. He's nice. Use of bed linens and towels, as well as cleaning, is included.

Close to nature cottage with the forest in the garden

Uninsulated cottage 30 km from Kalmar. You can relax with the whole family in this peaceful accommodation. 1.5 km from Påryd where there is a shop, restaurant, outdoor swimming with pools and a large newly built playground. 1.8 km away is Ugglebosjön. Fishing licenses can be purchased at Ica in Påryd. Several swimming areas in the nearby area. Since the cottage is uninsulated, there are: Sleeps 5, April-October Sleeps 3 in October-April. Sheets and shower towels are to be brought by the guest, but otherwise there are duvets, pillows and small towels.

Smålandstorpet

Welcome to Torestorps Drängstuga - an ancient house in the heart of Småland! Here, real fairy tales, heroes, love, hard work and celebration live in the walls. The house is about 100 m2 in two levels and is located a stone's throw from a larger farm building in the middle of the countryside in the Småland forests. You can get to Kalmar and Öland in 30-60 minutes and to Nybro to shop in ten. There are duvets, a wood-burning stove, a sauna in the woods and the cat Doris will be happy to stay with you if you want company.

Modern oceanview cottage near Kalmar City

This in not an ordinary place to stay. You live just by the ocean in the middle of nature and bird life. Beautiful settings and surroundings. Secluded get away ideal for couples. The view is spectacular from this little house. It's renovated 2016 with a complete small kitchen with oven/micro oven, refrigerator, small freezer and induction cooker. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and basin. There are garden furnitures by the cottage. Free parking for car or caravan. Must be experienced!

Ocean front modern cottage

Modern stuga endast 15 meter från stranden och bryggan som leder dig ut i havet. Boendet som byggdes 2019 ligger naturskönt på Dunö cirka 10 min (bil) söder om Kalmar. Stugan innefattar 25 kvm golv + 10kvm sovloft och har ett fullt utrustat kök samt badrum med dusch. Närhet till motionsspår och flertalet andra badplatser och bryggor. Only 15 meters from the ocean and 10 minutes from central Kalmar you find this newly built cottage. Modern amenities close to the best of nature.

Bed linen, towels and tea towels are provided and the beds are made on arrival.

Detached newly-built attic house in central Kalmar. Approximately 30 sqm incl. sleeping loft with two single beds and sofa bed. Open in the attic. There is a fully-equipped kitchen with stove, oven, fridge and freezer and bathroom with shower and washing machine. Located at the back of a villa plot in a lush garden, with the feeling of being in the countryside. 800m to the city center, 900m to Kalmar Castle/bathing area and 4 km by car to Ölandsbron.

Nice house in Linneryd near the Lake & the Forest

Stay comfortable in a typical Swedish house from a small village where you can enjoy Swedish nature, Småland lake and Kronoberg forest 🌲🫎 🎣 Mattress are new :-) Some precision on equipment : Barbecue is miniature. Computer screen for working is 22". Ink printer is available but the ink may be paying. Maintenance on bikes is not garanted. The main bathroom with shower is upstairs but the bath is in the basement.

Nice cottage in Småland

Close to nature accommodation in a small village, with a beautiful environment along the Ronnebyån. Cottage with several beds and social areas. Patio with morning and morning sun, barbecue and bicycles are available. Nearby there is the possibility of swimming, boating, canoe rental, hiking trails, grocery store and restaurant and café. The landlord is available and lives right next door.

Uthuset in Hagbyhamn, Kalmar

Fresh apartment in the countryside in Hagbyhamn, 20 km south of Kalmar in a soothing environment in the countryside. Walking distance, 500 meters to the jetty, 1.5 km to the sandy beach. Close to Möreleden, a 15 km long pleasant walk along the coast. 6 km to Hagby Church, one of Sweden's five round churches.

Studio Styrsö

Nice small and modern studio close to the seaside. 8km to the city center of Kalmar and 2okm to reach the Island Öland with their lovely beaches and wonderful nature. If you want to stay on the Island Styrsö where the studio is located you find a bathing place 500meters down the road.
