Billy and Miranda’s unit is so neat, spacey and homey. It’s well equipped (as listed in the description) although the furniture is bit worn out but it doesn’t matter and still perfectly usable. Actually we wanted to stay here because it located near Grand Indonesia but the weather was unexpectedly bad and it’s so hard for us to get an online driver to pickup takeouts. Fortunately the apartment has various options for dinner at ground and lower ground floor so we didn’t ended up starving 😅 Thank you once again to let us rent this unit ^^

We had a good stay. It was everything we expected. As one review mentioned, the many-laned road next to the building is loud, even on the 23rd floor, but we expected it. The pool was the best we saw in Indonesia during our stay - big enough to swim laps and when we went no one was there.

The apartment is amazing and is in prime location. Clean,tidy rooms, great views and facilities was great for the family , access to the gym ,pool etc was useful and creating a truly homey atmosphere. We are hAdit was very nice and friendly people. This is our second time staying at the host’s listing because we had such a great experience the first time around. was beyond expectation. The unit was pristine with new kitchen appliances and utensils. Netflix and the fast internet made our stay cozy. The main reason we chose to stay again was its convenient location, it’s walking distance to Grand Indonesia and Plaza Indonesia and the MRT stop. There’s also wonderful building facilities, open-air swimming pool, pool, sauna, jacuzzi and the gym which view was overlooking then whole city. Also thanks to our friendly host for recommending a the best local food around the area.

“Hampir” kapok ke sini lagi, tapi ternyata setelah kita tidur 1 malam (menjelajahi area) kita sekeluarga HAPPY dan BETAH tinggal disana. Ini merupakan apartemen TERLUAS yang pernah saya sewa di AirBNB ini. Awalnya, lantai apartemen agak lengket saja (namun pas bilang ke HOST, gercep datang ada bantuin bersihkan kembali). Salut. Di apartemen, kami juga diberi minuman dan makanan FREE di kulkas. Sikat gigi, odol, handuk (sesuai jumlah kami yang menginap). sapu, pel lantai ada. Jemuran (2) Alat makan (piring, mangkok, rice cooker, microwave, dispenser, teflon, sendok garpu) lengkap ada. Tempat sampah ada juga lengkap. TV 3 unit. Sofa juga besar. Kasur king (2), Single (1), tambahan bed (1). lengkap dengan 2 bantal dan 2 guling juga ada bedcover LENGKAAAAAAAAAAPPPPP TOP

Had great almost 2 months stay at puri orchard apartment! My host were Justin and it was a such blessing having him live on the property-he were available pretty much 24/7 to help, if needed. The positives: -Great property! Clean and so spacious. -The facilities within in the property such as laundry, restaurants, Alfamart, Family mart, even Pharmacy. -The extremely kind and helpful host. -Value for money when you are staying over a few weeks.

Tempatnya Pak Jacob sangat bagus, sy sempat ragu akan review yang katanya tempatnya kurang dingin.. tapi alhamdulillah tempatnya sangat dingin dan ada fasilitasnya semua bisa dipakai seperti setrika, mesin cuci, kompor, kulkas semuanya berfungsi dengan baik.. saya menginap disini kemarin karna menonton maroon5 di JIS dan tempatnya tidak terlalu jauh hanya skitar 5 menit naik grab.. disekitaran apartment juga ada swalayan dan indomaret, tempat makan juga banyak.. sangat merekomendasikan menginap di tempat Pak Jacob, terimakasih pak Jacob untuk early check in dan late check outnya.. sukses selalu
