WOW!! Excellent hosts and place. Very friendly and responsive. Nice pool, great mornings (lot of birds). Fully deserves the name “La Tranquila”. Only minutes from good restaurants, downtown and supermarkets. Very close to highways.

It is a beautiful place to share as a family, it has everything in the cabins, and in the community Parrila. A very nice place, you feel at home. Good cleanliness, the hosts are very friendly, very communicative, beautiful people. I recommend it to go and rest in Malu's cabins!!! :-) I am sure you will have a barbaric time!!!

The truth is excellent full apartment has everything, impeccable bedrooms, the bathroom is very nice and finally to say that María is a great attentive person, friendly truth 10 of 10 we felt at home.

Everything was wonderful the view and the location of the house is more than privileged. Mirian's attention throughout the day was excellent. The house provides everything you need to stay. He offered us replacement of towels and toilet supplies. Everything is exclusive!

This is the second time I choose to stay at the apartment and I would do it again. The condition of the same is impeccable (everything works for 10!), and excellent location ( super safe!) and to highlight the kindness, good predisposition and friendliness of the host guarantee an excellent stay!

Ivo was a great host. He made us feel very comfortable with the booking and check in process. He even managed to meet us at the apartment earlier than we had originally planned. The place was clean and ready for us when we arrived. He was also there for our check out. The apartment was great overall. We had pretty much everything we needed and the location was great for us. We especially liked the convenience of the coffee shop and pharmacy located right on the corner. A couple of notes: We preferred sleeping on the pull out couch as the A/C in the living room was more powerful and the TV was located out there. The shower has trouble keeping the water contained. Luckily there is a drain in the floor and we found a squeegee under the sink. It just took a bit of maitenance on our part to clean up the water after each shower.

The apartment is spotless, super comfortable and equipped perfect with everything you need. Monica super attentive with everything and always responded quickly all questions. Highly recommended!

The stay was quiet, Laura gave clear instructions and was easy to follow to get the keys. It always responded quickly, very dear.

We are thankful for the stay that we had. The hosts were very responsive even offered a service of replenishing certain things during our stay make sure we were comfortable as much as they were able to

It was great! It was 11 PM and we didn’t have a place and Natalia answered right away. We even left something in the fridge and she kept it for us to pick up later.
