You will be two miles from St. Pete Beach and only minutes away to downtown St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Treasure Island, Tierra Verde, and Fort DeSoto beaches.

There are 3 units on property including ours, all w/ separate entrances and living spaces. No shared areas except for outdoors! First floor, rear unit.Rentals < 30 days allowed in historic section a limited # of times/ year. For shorter stays, please contact us to see if your dates are possible.

Come, enjoy the beautiful West Coast of Florida. Fabulous sunsets over the Gulf. My condo is walking distance to a beautiful all sand beach, less than 10 minutes. Heated swimming pool and designated free parking for one car on the property. Many restaurants and bars within walking distance. Two free lighted tennis courts across the street. High speed Wifi. My building does not allow pets of any kind. I can't rent to groups of people under the age of 25. Just 1.5 hours to Disney/Universal

Located in the heart of historic Pass-a-Grille steps away from the Gulf beach. Live music, marine wildlife and beach combing abound! The colors of the sunsets don't even look real, but they are...they are amazing. PAG is mostly a quiet little historic town reminiscent of early Florida. For big savings, skip renting a car and just Uber from airport and use free ride or Uber to get around and Instacart to deliver groceries. It does get busy on weekends and holidays and parking can be tight.

We love long term guests but understand not everyone can do this and simply need a little escape! 🤍
