Biji's place was one of the best experiences I have had in my life, and I think the others in our group of 7 would agree. You must stay here: the place is literally on the Kallada river, a boat can come pick you up from the house and take you on a mangrove tour, and you can even swim just by getting down a few steps. The setting is unbeatable. The house itself seemed all brand new, modern, very comfortable. Even the roof was beautiful, but my favourite feature was the ample 2 porch areas with fans, we basically sat outside the entire time to enjoy the views. Clean, gorgeous, and serene, this place is a must-stay. A lovely lady cooked delicious meals for us for a small extra charge, making the stay even better. Biji's hospitality went beyond all this, he even managed to find a gluten-free cake for our friend's birthday, in addition to helping us arrange cabs and boat ride. Many thanks for this unforgettable stay, Biji. We truly felt we were in God's Own Country.

The property is stunning, and our group of seven unanimously rated this stay better than our houseboat experience in Kumarakom. The caretaker, Titus, was exceptional—friendly, attentive, and ensured all our needs were met. While the food could use some improvement, it didn’t take away from our overall experience.
