Holiday rentals with a patio in Patillas

Yesenia‘s place was very lovely. Everything was clean and had comfortable bed. We had a small hiccup with a showerhead, but Yesenia was right on it and sent a person to replace it the very next day. Brownie points for Yesenia! Great host!

The condo was just as described. With a closet containing a small cooler, packable chairs and games/turtle books for kids to play/read. A very nice place to set out with a cup of coffee and watch the sun rise before heading to one of the many beautiful beaches. The power went out during our stay and Heather was very committed to making sure we were ok and had everything we needed.

Peaceful private area definitely something you can enjoy !

We are extremely grateful and very satisfied for the service provided. It was really the cozy place we were looking for to have a super family time. Very clean, quiet, tidy, you can breathe peace and tranquility. Very accessible. and the host was on the entire trajectory pending to every detail.

Good place to stay in Palmas!

It was our first stay in Palmas Del Mar and it was great. We rented a golf cart and went all over the area, had a great lunch at La Pescaderia and met some very friendly residents. Looking forward to coming back for another stay.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Easy walk to the beach. Beautiful views from the spacious balcony. Peaceful sounds of the waves and views of the stars at night. We really appreciated all the amenities the hosts had for us there from the kitchen to the bathroom to the laundryroom. The provided umbrellas came in handy on rainy days. Thank you!

Where do i start? Comunication with Juan was excelent. Check in was fast and simple, Awsome location. You can walk to the beach, to the restaurant, to the malecón. The malecón have a few locals spot to dance, kareoke etc. I loved Juan property, just perfect to relax, comfortable, very nice and crean. I recomend it 200%. Lo recomiendo 200%. Nos agradó los alrededores, el poder caminar al malecón, estar frente a la playa. La propiedad de Juan es exactamente como se ve en las fotos. Ansiosos por volver.

Everything was good, the house is super equipped, the place is super quiet, ideal to spend it as a family.

Wellington's place was great ..... We already told him that we plan on making another trip at the same time next year and would love to stay at his place again if it is available .....The area was peaceful and the view was beautiful...the house was clean and very well maintained.....Thanks for everything Wellington...

The house was perfect and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend to big groups of people (lots of beds). The yard set up was perfect for both groups of adults and family time.

We loved our stay at Daniel and Desirae's place! It was clean, great decor, comfortable beds. We especially enjoyed the sound of tree frogs at night, the yoga deck overlooking the jungle with sweet neighborhood cats visiting, the unscented soaps and laundry (I literally travel with my own sheets because I'm allergic to perfume so this was a MAJOR plus for me). The kitchen was stocked with what we needed to make simple meals on the two burner stove top. They had a big jug of drinkable water which was also so handy. It's up in the mountains, so nice and quiet, but within 10-15 min drive to the beach and restaurants. The only thing to mention is you can't see the ocean from the house, but you can see if off the road at the top of the hill and definitely save the check in instructions because we didn't have cell service, just wifi once we got in the house. This lovely large studio was a perfect spot for a woman traveling alone to WFH and enjoy resort living. It is a safe, beautifully decorated, and extremely well thought out space with plenty of storage, a large bathroom, washer-dryer, small kitchen with a good-size refrigerator, spacious sleeping area, great lighting, comfortable sitting area with a real desk and high-speed wifi, small indoor dining area and small patio with a little table and barbeque very close to the pool. The owner is super-nice, easy to get along with, and communicates quickly by text when a question arises. Worth the money if you have it because much nicer than the much less expensive studios in the same neighborhood. The Palmas Doradas neighborhood is perfectly located close to the beach on the third green and next to the hotel: it's my favorite area in Palmas del Mar.

Enjoyed our stay and golfed every day. So nice to come home to a hat shower and comfortable couch. Slept like a baby.

The experience was amazing. The hosts were truly SUPER. Fast and friendly responses every step of the way. It felt like they were right there with us to help us in anything we needed. The villa was spotless, no trace of dust or mold smell like other rentals. I fell in love with the attention to detail: extra locks in the entrance, electronic hurricane shutters, and even solar “lanterns” in case of power outage. As a bonus, the villa is located just a few steps from the tennis club restaurant. Thank you for the memories!

This unit is beautifully decorated and super comfortable. Everything is high end and we felt right at home. The media room is a vibe all itself and the unit has everthing you need including beach chairs. The views are spectacular. Great restaurants are right down stairs and the private pool is right next to the unit. John, was also very welcoming to our questions and accommodating. A+++host. Thank you John! Hope to stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay. Jean was incredibly responsive and very easy to work with. The space was perfect for us and our three kids. The pool was closed our first two days, but Jean reimbursed us for a pass to the Wyndham pool. Location is great, steps away from the beach. Highly recommend a golf cart to navigate the wider Palmas Del Mar. Loved the extra touch of the turtle food Jean had - definitely check out the turtle pond!

This was the perfect spot for a family vacation! The pool was clean and just steps away, and the beautiful beach was only a five-minute walk .We really enjoyed our stay—Penelope was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout.Hope we’ll be able to come back very soon 🙂

This place was absolutely breathtaking, just steps from the beach & pool. Everything was like a magazine cover. We have taken many vacations and this one is in top. The host were amazing and responded quickly. We rented a golf cart for our stay and it made life so much easier. There is so much to see and do.

Excellent location and a beautiful place. We appreciated it is a first floor and has a king size bed.
