It is at 6 kilometers from the main port of Skala, at 11 kilometres north of Chora, at 1.500 metres from the village of Kambos and at 800 meters downhill from the beach of Kambos. The long beach of Kambos is the busiest resort of Patmos. It is a beautiful beach, with clean, shallow waters and plenty of tree shade. There are also umbrellas and sun beds, water sports and beach restaurants.

Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται στον όροφο διώροφου κτίσματος τεσσάρων διαμερισμάτων συνολικά με κοινόχρηστο κήπο και βεράντα.Στον όροφο υπάρχει ακόμα ένα διαμέρισμα και άλλα δύο στο ισόγειο.Στην βεράντα υπάρχουν δύο σετ τραπεζαρίας εξωτερικού χώρου ,το ένα εκ των οποίων ανήκει στο διαμέρισμα. Ήσυχη γειτονιά ,δέκα λεπτά περίπου από το κέντρο της Σκάλας και 5 λεπτά από την κοντινότερη παραλία.Πολύ κοντά στο σπίτι υπάρχει δημόσιο παρκινγκ, φούρνος και super market.Επίσης καφέ και εστιατόρια.

Εστιατόρια, καφετέριες, μπαρς, σούπερ μάρκετ, φούρνος και φαρμακείο βρίσκονται 5 με δέκα λεπτά μακριά από το διαμέρισμα! Το διπλό κρεβάτι βρίσκεται σε ένα χαμηλού ύψους πατάρι 1.65 μ με παράθυρο! Η παραλία Μελόι είναι στα 2 λεπτά μακριά με το Αυτοκίνητο και το Αγριολιβαδι στα 6.
