I stayed here with my family and I appreciate Clyde's responsiveness and clear instructsions. He had the place spotless cleaned with all the amenities. The living room AC is a little old and dust clogged which requires servicing (had stopped couple of times) but as assured by Clyde he will take care of that. Host was not pushy, gave enough space and time for everything and was always a phone call away. There was a problem with water in the society my stay was located for which Clyde was regularly checking on the update with me and the maintenance team with the same until resolution. I highly appreciate the clear communication from Clyde. The rooms were good and tidy and bathrooms were in good condition too. Overall extremely satisfied with my stay here. Highly recommend.

First experience on Airbnb. It was a Good one. Place is accurately described. It's remotely located and has 1 restaurant close by and a couple of shops. However Zomato works fine. Dominic was very helpful with our check-in and also assisted us with contacts for taxi service. Better to use these contacts rather than Goa Miles.

We had a really wonderful time at Rohini's listing. It is located in a gated complex and has all the amenities to make life easy. One can enjoy the peace and calmness of South goa and have access to the serene beaches nearby. We would definitely look forward to getting back here.

Marlon's place offers peace and tranquility. All the touristy spots are accessible if you have a vehicle. Special shout-out to Marta, who really made sure we were doing fine. We were extremely pleased with the privacy and beauty this place offered

Tucked away in a peaceful neighborhood and right across the river, the property offered the perfect blend of comfort, privacy, and Goan charm. What a well maintained villa as well as overall property. River view is lovely and calming while it is 3 mins walking to the beach. They have their own shopping complex with a great supermarket for everything required. Literally so much to do within close proximity. Inder (the caretaker) was super friendly and helpful, as was olinda (house help). Overall this property is worth it if you want to stay in the area.

Peaceful location ...very beautiful house ..host Ms. Josephine was very sweet and quick responsive. She was always available when needed and helpful too. location was a little far from the nearby beaches but overall experience was amazing and totally worth it..

The view of Talpone river from the kitchen/balcony was stunning! The staff was incredibly attentive and took good care of our family. Thank you! The beds were comfortable and they provided clean bed sheets and towels. The outside kitchen was great to cook basic food, the fridge/freezer and the fresh water filter was a big advantage and they even put milk/coffe/eggs and bread in the fridge for us wich was a very warm welcoming. This area is a bit remote so you probably need scooters to go around/shopping/eating. Really nice location to get away from the crowd not far from beautiful and more quiet beaches. It would've been nice if the outside sitting area in the balcony was more comfortable to sit as the chairs/table was a bit overused. We had a few small requests and Axel and his staff were always happy to help. Thank you for a really nice vacation. We highly recommend!

Anshul's place has everything you need, it's ideally placed in Cavelossim, easily walkable to the beach, there's a nice restaurant just at the end of the estate along with a small supermarket for essentials. And you're very close to other amenities. Friendly cleaner visiting every day. Anshul's recommendations were great, as was his communication. The complex was well maintained, though the pools in the complex (which I'm sure the host doesn't have any say in the upkeep of) weren't cleaned as frequently as we would have expected. But this is a very minor thing, you were better off going in the sea a few minutes walk away. You won't find a better place to stay in Cavelossim. Book and enjoy!

Kudrat’s Nook has been a very comforting , aesthetic and an amazing stay . The place has bohemian vibes with functionality too The host ( Aayushi ) is very responsive and resourceful too. Overall it is as exact as beautifully described Also a Vintage loft ( by the same host ) is a vintage themed 1 bhk with all the functional classics maintained very well. I had an amazing experience at this Airbnb! The view was breathtaking whether it was sunrise or sunset, it felt like a dream. The interior design was modern, cozy, and thoughtfully put together, creating a very comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The place had all the amenities I needed, from a fully equipped kitchen to fast Wi-Fi and a super comfy bed. Everything was clean and well-maintained. It truly felt like a home away from home. Host and care taker were proactive and supportive. Highly recommend this stay if you’re looking for a peaceful and stylish getaway!

Awesome experience flat was neat and clean on arrival host really helped us out to make a smooth checkin, we stayed for 7 days and no disturbance was from the owner. Apartment is a bit far from main city, but you can always use GoaMiles app for travel by cab. There are some real network issues in the apartment but nevermind until and unless you plan to move permanent. WiFi will come to your rescue..!! You can always order from swiggy for food. Grocery and liquor shops are just walking distance. Stay was value for money.

The best host ever! So accommodating to every thing we were confused about and found difficult (he helped us book a taxi as we found it difficult due to the language). The accommodation itself was very clean and came with every single amenity you could think of. We wanted extra towels, hairdryer and iron and it got delivered in less than an hour without any issues. It’s about 10 minutes away from Dabolim airport and the security checks are very thorough and that made our family with very young children feel very safe.

The place was awesome. The 3 nights we spent in this homestay was so relaxing, very close to Palolem Beach( 3-5 mins by vehicle) with lots of eateries around. Also used Zomato services on 2 occasions. The flat was exactly as described, extremely well maintained and with all possible amenities. Even the smart tv was of latest model with 40mbps private Jio connection. The host was very helpful, provided all the required help and informations. Was not intrusive at all.

A very comfortable stay. This was our sixth trip to Goa, and wanted some place quiet and away from the crowd. Paritoshika’s place was just perfect in every way!
