Holiday rentals in Paxico

What a perfect mid winter break! When the host decorates exactly like me…even down to the homemade essential oil cleaner…I felt right at home! 😀We are already planning a spring trip back to enjoy the outdoors! It was perfect. ☀️

Sherry was one of the best hosts we have had. She was very quick to respond if we needed anything and was genuinely concerned that we had a wonderful stay. You couldn't ask for a better host. Everything was exactly as described and shown. This was the most well outfitted place we have ever stayed. We cooked our own meals outside on the grill and inside the kitchen, everything we needed or could want was there. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows perfect. The towels were new and soft as could be. If I had to describe the whole thing in a word, it would be quality. It is obvious Sherry has a high standard for herself. I would stay here if I had business in Topeka or Manhattan. It is a short drive to both but the peace and quiet here is worth every mile. It was so quiet, peaceful, and relaxing. We saw deer, turkeys, and a Bald Eagle so yes, you are in the country here but with good internet! We highly recommend it.

This was my 2nd week staying at Carmen G's place and it was great. It has everything I need. Very clean, nice and peaceful after a days work feels like home thank you for having me and hopefully be able to stay here again in the next weeks ahead

Really great getaway! Extremely nice home with a great view of the lake. The home was very clean and easy to find per instructions. Would definitely recommend!

This unique accommodation is as fun and funky as the photos, so you'll enjoy exploring it, as we did! The kitchen (well stocked) is really the only updated space, and the rest of the house is on the shopworn side, but the decor definitely makes up for it, and there's so much room to spread out. The beds are in fine shape, which is something that matters a lot to us. You may want to know that the second bathroom with the shower is not en suite, which was a little bit of a surprise. It's at the opposite end of the house (past the kitchen) from the three main-floor bedrooms. But the location actually made it easier for our party -- two couples -- to share the shower since the other bath has only a tub. The location can't be beat. It's such a beautiful and walkable neighborhood! I also should add that both the property manager and owner are extremely responsive. We discovered the home's hairdryer had gone missing, and we were most grateful that they acted quickly to replace it.

My stay at the Airbnb in Manhattan, Kansas, was absolutely wonderful. The space was incredibly quiet and peaceful, providing the perfect atmosphere for relaxation. The cleanliness was top-notch, with everything spotless and well-maintained. I was particularly impressed by the decor, which was thoughtfully curated and added such a cozy, inviting vibe to the entire space. Whether I was unwinding after a day of exploring the area or just enjoying a quiet moment, the ambiance made it feel like a home away from home.
