Beachfront holiday rentals in Pearly Beach

We had a lovely time celebrating two of our birthday’s with some friends. It was great that the place could accommodate all of us, and the unobstructed ocean views were a hit. Would love to book again, and can definitely recommend :)

this was our second stay at Ethan's. the house is comfortable for 2 families and has everything you need. Ethan's communication is great. we loved our stay here.

It's our third stay at this villa at Kennedys and it remains a spectacularly beautiful and different destination. The villa is eclectic with interesting furnishings reflecting the world travels of the owners. There are different place to site inside and outside and the location of the kolkol hot tub is truly spectacular with views across the lagoon and onto Onrus beach. The magical milkwood trees set the tone for a magical stay. The villa has all the amenities you could want, James the butler is always in attendance when you need him and the privacy is great. Its easy walking distance to Milk Restaurant and there are great coastal walks from the villa if you feel the need to leave your luxurious apartment. The fact that we have been there three times already speaks volumes about just how much we like it there and we will be back for a fourth time.

We had a wonderful stay at Leatitia’s place. Leatitia welcomed us warmly and we felt extremely relaxed and comfortable during our stay. The location is top class…walking distance to all the beaches within the Voelklip area. Long lazy afternoons enjoying the garden and Braai area. The snooker table was a wonderful fun addition. We will be back. Thank you Leatitia.

We had a wonderful stay. The house is well located in Hermanus, very close to the beach (only a few mins before you ca dip your toes in the water) and there's a lovely beach bar/restaurant called 'Dutchies' at a stone throw distance. What really was my highlight was the amazing braai and the long table in the courtyard. You can truly throw a nice braai here!

We really loved the place. It met all our expectations. It was clean , beautiful and private. We had a very relaxing time. This definitely is a little gem. Well worth the money. Thanks for an amazing host. We will definitely be back.

A great place to stay and a great location. Lovely walks along the cliff top, accessible to restaurants and town. The accommodation was spotless and had all we needed for our two night stay. We hope to return!

Wat hebben wij genoten van ons verblijf in dit prachtige huis in Hermanus! Sally Ann nam van te voren al contact met ons op en heeft ervoor gezorgd dat ons verblijf in het huis prima is verlopen. Door een verbouwing aan de overkant klapte de wifi er uit, dit is echter snel opgelost. (Van de verbouwing heb je overigens totaal geen last). Het huis ligt op een mooie locatie op loopafstand van het strand. Verder is bijna alles in Hermanus 5 minuutjes rijden met de auto! Enige wat voor sommige mensen een minpuntje kan zijn is dat de buren 2 grote honden hebben die regelmatig blaffen. Wij vinden het niet erg maar zijn dan ook honden gewend! Voor Europese normen is het huis het geld waard, voor zuid Afrikaanse normen is het een dure huis! Wij hebben in ieder geval erg genoten en zouden zo weer terug gaan! Een dikke dank je wel aan Sally Ann!

Our family of 5 spent a wonderful week in this beautiful house over new years. The house is in a great position in Voelklip - it is very secure and well kitted out. Lovely to sit outside in the shaded garden in the evenings and kids loved the pool. Great hosts and easy check-in and check-out. We will be back!

Chane and Chris who manage the complex were fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble. The views from the apartment are fantastic. Saw dolphins and whales regularly. Need a car to access the amenities in Hermanus. Would be helpful to have recommendations in the apartment about supermarkets, restaurants, taxi’s and local tourist attractions. Whale Rock is like an oasis.

The house has a perfect concept, is fully equipped and is beautifully located just in front of the open sea. The information before arriving is very complete and the response to questions immediate. Would love to come back for longer and can definitely recommend it! Frederic

We loved the great apartment with the big glass windows and the terrace. The view on the ocean is stunning and you have direct beach access. Communication and check in was super easy, everything was clean so we definitely would come back again.

Beautiful accommodation. Looked exactly like it did in the pictures. Beautiful view of the ocean on the balcony. Made good use of the electrical braai, was lovely to use and found it spotless. Entire Airbnb was very clean and neatly organised. Chane was very friendly and helpful. Made sure we were comfortable and well settled in. The pool was also really great to swim in! Would definitely recommend this place.

Beautiful interior and peaceful pool area. Willard was there to welcome us and give us a tour and was very responsive to any questions we had. It’s just a 5 min drive into Hermanus but also walkable if wanted to, close to the beach walk.

We had a wonderful stay at Akwa house. There are plenty of spaces for the kids to relax and have fun while the adults could sit in the lounge overlooking the beautiful views. We loved the quiet location and family-friendly feel of the street. The kitchen was well stocked and we slept very comfortably in all the rooms. I would definitely recommend Akwa house to anyone looking for a great home right close to the beach.

It is a great place with lots of kitchen equipment. Plenty of comfortable places to sit and relax with a good view of the sea. The bedrooms are comfortable and are both en-suite. The house is close to the cliff path that runs nexf to the sea all the way to down to the town centre. The path also leads to a number of swimming beaches within a 5 minute walk.

Add that Katy the host was great and very helpful and check in and check out was very easy Absolutely, here is your revised review: Fantastic Stay at House Babbacombe Staying at House Babbacombe was an absolutely fantastic experience! The location is unbeatable, offering unobstructed views of the cliff path and the sea. It's just a short walk to both Voelklip and Grotto beaches, with immediate and direct access to Lovers Cove. The outside stoep area is perfect for entertaining and enjoying sundowners while gazing out over the sea. It's also great for braai-ing. The house is well-equipped with spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Even with a large family, there's plenty of room for everyone to feel comfortable and not in each other's space. Katy, the host, was great and very helpful. Check-in and check-out were very easy. Overall, it was a superb home, and I would highly recommend it!

Absolutely beautiful location right on the beach , house was incredible and equipped with everything we needed and Tania was always reachable when needed. A few things need some urgent attention such as the broken railings on the upstairs balcony, it was a big concern for us because we had our daughter with us who is under 3 years old. I am sure the hosts were unaware and will get it sorted asap. An over all amazing stay! Thank you !

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful house! The modern furniture and stylish decor made it feel like a true getaway. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, including elegant cutlery and a dishwasher which made cleanup super easy. Just 250 meters from the beach, the location couldn't be better. The house comfortably accommodates up to 6 people, and the area felt very safe and secure. It was the perfect break away from home—highly recommended!
