SMEG oven, washer/tumble dryer, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. Walk out the sitting room onto a lovely patio which is situated on the steps of a large pool. Only 2kms to the beach and very close to Sage, Litchi Orchard and Tiffany's Shopping Centre and the new Salt Rock City. Children love running around the large garden and of course the pool.

A spacious living area is visible through a glass door, featuring a cozy seating arrangement and a large hanging chair. A seaside balcony can be seen, with ocean waves gently rolling in the background and ample natural light illuminating the space.
