We had an amazing day at the Majestic oasis!!! the house was amazing and very well equipped. It had everything we needed for our stay from a nice grill by the pool to games for the kids. Buye beach was right around the corner and absolutely beautiful. We would definitely come back.

Lesli’s place is great! We loved staying here for our family vacation. She was very communicative and we greatly appreciated the wagon and beach toys for our kiddos. The area is quiet and walkable to the beach. I definitely recommend this space for families, couples, and/or friends looking for a beach getaway.

El lugar es exactamente como las fotos. Muy tranquilo, acogedor, limpio, seguro. La cama súper cómoda. Host fue amable, atento y proactivo. Definitivamente lo recomiendo y volveré a quedarme en otra ocasión.

The place was amazing as always. The Villa is spotless, peaceful and spacious. Me and my family have enjoyed the place since last year. Wanda is an incredible host, she is proactive and since we met her she has been attentive with me and my family. If you are looking for a private, family friendly place to stay this is it.

Beautiful stay near Playa Buye. Very close to the beach and near good restaurants too. Loved how peaceful it was especially traveling with a 1 year old. I would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing weekend getaway ! The accommodations were fantastic: clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect for exploring Cabo Rojo with plenty of great beaches. Karen was incredibly welcoming and helpful, providing us with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Important point the mattresses were super comfortable and that’s a must!!!! Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we can't wait to come back again!

This was an absolutely wonderful and beautiful space! It allowed us to enjoy the space as a family while also having separate spaces to decompress. It borders a beautiful golf course and is 25 minutes away from another one so for a family of golfers, it was great! I will note and appreciate the hosts for also noting this in their welcome book - the house is on an island in the middle of heavy nature - bugs are expected. Do your due diligence of keeping inside clean but expect the usual bugs after a storm outside! The hosts were also very communicative and responsive and gave really good instructions before, during and after our stay. Overall, highly recommend for a group or family get a way to be a bit away from Old San Juan and get to enjoy the West coast a bit more !

We had an absolutely amazing stay at the property! Not only did it have all of the amenities and space to accommodate our family but it felt so homey and welcoming. The property is truly a sight. You have both mountainous and ocean views that are breathtaking. We woke up to the beautiful sounds of Puerto Rico every morning while enjoying our coffee and spent our afternoons poolside with an outdoor bar when the Caribbean sun called for a cold drink. Wilton and his team were attentive and responded quickly to anything we would need and we were all sad to leave. I highly recommend this property and we will for sure be back! Simply put, Carlos's property was fantastic! It's a beautiful house, tastefully furnished and very well-equipped. The entire house was incredibly clean. There were plenty of high-quality beds, bedding, and linen. The beach, just steps away, was also wonderful. Carlos was very responsive to our requests and overall, a very gracious host. Glenda was a wonderful host, very quick to respond. This is truly a gem of a place, a real beach house. You can hear the waves crash right up against it all night. The pool was incredible and the beach felt basically private as we did not see anyone else on it during our stay. Thanks for having us!

Exceptional is an understatement when it comes to Gabriella as a host. She was available, responsive, and her local knowledge and advice was spot on. She went way above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and well taken care of. We arrived late and exhausted to find dinner and a beautiful cake. Felix was there to greet us and show us the property. There was ice in the cooler as well as coffee, and everything we needed for breakfast. He also came back mid-week to clean, change the bed, bring us fresh towels and some yummy pastries. During our stay the power went down across the entire island. The generator kicked in and we never would have known the extent of the outage if we hadn’t heard it on the news. The villa was gorgeous bed, linens, and towels high quality and the furniture was beautiful. Bathrooms were spotless and the master bath has an amazing soaking tub. Plunge pool, outdoor patio and views were also incredible. Exceeded expectations! We will be back!

Es mi 2da vez que visito el lugar, ya que la primera vez me encanto, pero esta vez encontre un pequeño inconveniente con la cascada de la piscina, el cual no funcionaba y era lo mas que nos gusto la primera vez que fuimos; al lado de la residencia, al parecer hay un lugar de alquiler para actividades privadas y en uno de los dias de nuestra estadia hubo una actividad y la musica era demasiado alta y los de la actividad no tuvieron consideracion con los vecinos y tuvimos que irnos de la casa a lo que la actividad terminaba. Asi que esto me va a limitarme a realizar una proxima reservacion en un futuro. El lugar es precioso y verdaderamente lo recomiendo, pero este detalle puede alterar la paz, a los que buscan relajarse y mas sin son personas mayores, niños con autismo, etc.. El porton de la entrada debe tener acceso a un candado, ya que la seguridad de los visitantes siempre debe ser primordial.

We were a party of 8 adults, 5 kids, 1 baby and a dog that decided to spend spring break at Roger’s. The villa was spacious and comfortable, it accommodated our group and each other’s privacy with room to spare. The location is precious. Up in the mountain with spectacular views, and just 5mins away from the beach. The pool was a major entertainment for the children, giving the adults time to chill without having to leave the house. A major, island-wide, 48 hr power outage happened during our stay, luckily Roger’s villa was fully equiped with solar panels, batteries and water cistern. We were fortunate to have light, running water, fans and AC. He was responsive and very accessible throughout our stay. We’re definitely coming back!

Our two families with four kids under five greatly enjoyed our stay. The hosts were very thoughtful and responsive, and the house is beautiful. We loved the peaceful location with pretty views, and it is still under ten minutes to drive into town. Each family took a floor: one family in the middle floor apartment (two bedrooms), and the we stayed on the top floor, using two convenient blow up mattresses to all be close together. The two rooms on the bottom floor are super private, we just didn’t use them because they have their own entrance on a separate floor, and there is no internal stairway. There are gates on each floor to the stairs and to the pool, so it felt very safe for younger kids. Also, although the road is steep, as mentioned in reviews, it is totally manageable. Thanks to Allison and Chuck for hosting us!

We booked a previous location from a different owner & it was awful. It had bugs, bed bugs & hair in the sheets. 🤮 We refused to stay there. But luckily we found Aaron’s cute bungalow. Even though it was late & well past check in time, he was able to accommodate us. We did not have any problems what so ever. It was beautiful, very clean (which is a must) & really cute & cozy!!! I wish we were in town longer, instead of only 2 days. I would most definitely recommend this place.
