On the upper floor, be dazzled and enjoy the beautiful and large balcony where you can relax on the loungechairs or dine al fresco, with an amazing view of the canal and the whole island of São Jorge. It should be noted that, taking into account that the two floors are connected by an interior staircase, it is not advisable for families with young children. It also has a totally unobstructed view of the bays and parishes of the beautiful and indented north coast of Pico on your left.The interior space, in open spacestyle ,is modern and relaxed sophisticated, with a fully equipped kitchen, living and dining room. As if that were not enough, there is an additional treat: on the left side you will experience a sunset of those surreal and sublime - perfect and unforgettable. All rooms with a view and the living room with ceiling-to-floor glass sliding doors that open the interior to the exterior. Bearing in mind that Casa do Ilhéu is on a slope, it is not recommended for people with motor difficulties and small children. The "Apartamento Avenida" is a modern studio apartment, in a building constructed in 2008 with anti-seismic construction, very cozy, with lots of light, located in the historic center of the city of Horta, Faial Island, Azores, in the middle of the marginal avenue, close to bars, restaurants, banks, pharmacies, general shops and areas of tourist interest, 10 minutes walk from Conceição beach, the maritime terminal and Porto Pim beach. It has an excellent view of the Atlantic Ocean and Pico Island Mountain.

About 4 km north from the city of Horta is Almoxarife Beach. In the "a moagem" space, there is life in every corner, in the garden there is a water cistern and a threshing floor. It features traditional architecture, dating back to the beginning of the last century. At the mill, a philosophy based on the traditional and sustainable is practiced. It consists of: apartment, garden, handicraft workshop, farm with animals, vegetables, fruits and seeds of traditional varieties.

This tradicional stone house rightly bears the name "Casa Vista Fantástica". Look forward to a fantastic, unobstructed view of the wide Atlantic Ocean and the neighboring island of Pico with Portugal's highest mountain "Montanha do Pico", 2,351m. The rooms go up to the roof and convey a great feeling of space. The jewel of the house is the large conservatory, wich is glazed on 3 sides inluding the roof, and which might be better be called a summer garden.
