A newly renovated A Frame located in the rolling hills of the New York State countryside. Sleeps 4 adults comfortably with one queen futon on the first floor and one RV sized queen bed on the second floor. This 1889 newly remodeled farm house is located right across the road from the Comfort Inn and right off the Findley lake exit. Its 10 mins from peek n peak ski resort. Short 20 mins to Erie, Pa and 10 mins from Northeast ,PA. The kitchen has a refrigerator , microwave ,stove and all the gadgets you need to cook with. Off the kitchen is a laundry room washer and dryer available. The décor is very rustic and farm like living .We are looking forward to sharing this gem . 25.00 cash dog fee
