The home is a lovely getaway stay for any group. As a group of lads on a small trip we found loads to do and stay active and entertained. The home comfortably met all our needs and the host was more than happy to meet them aswell. Would come again

We had a fantastic stay, I would definitely return and recommend to others. It was very clean and tidy, had all amenities, beautiful log burner which made it super cosy. They had a log self serve which was very handy. The hot tub was lovely and the views were wonderful. The hosts responded quickly and are very friendly. Very satisfied with the stay

We had a lovely stay at Poppy’s cottage, it was conveniently located only a 10 minute drive into Bath but far enough out the way to wake up to beautiful countryside views. The hot tub was a lovely addition to the property where we enjoyed a bottle of complimentary Prosecco in the evenings. This was a last minute booking for us yet the property was spotless on arrival and clear instructions and helpful information was given to us. I would highly recommend this beautiful quaint country cottage and would definitely return! Thank you for a lovely couple of nights away 😊

Dawn was incredibly communicative and kind from the very start. I booked for my girlfriend's 30th birthday and everything was perfect. The attention to detail at the place was beautiful and it was amazing to hear of how it was Dawn's lockdown project, which she built herself. I had a special request to see if we could have some other family come for drinks one night after the birthday dinner and Dawn was very obliging, even giving us an extra table from her own home. Couldn't recommend Dawn's place enough - it's stunning and the hot tub was superb!

One of my favourite ever stays, Susan is just wonderful and was on hand for everything we could possible need, both in terms of advice and practical items. the cottage is super cosy/warm, extremely comfortable, genuinely just feels like a home, an absolute pleasure to come back to after a day exploring in the fresh air. Would head back any time. Brilliant xx

Just arrived home after a wonderful night celebrating our daughter’s Birthday. The cottage is amazing. Carley is a wonderful host and provided us a home away from home. Beautifully decorated and everything we needed was provided. The hot tub was wonderful, and my daughters loved playing in the tree house and play room. My only regret is that I wish I booked the cottage for longer. We will definitely return in the near future. Thank you Carley and John for a magical evening. xxx

Delightful stay. Garden is totally dog-secure. Stunning view from the garden. The hot tub is an absolute treat. I was skeptical that it would take a long time to heat and then cool quickly - I could not have been more wrong. It heated really fast, and stayed hot for hours. We used it every day! Beautiful walks in stunning woodland for miles around

This was a lovely place to stay, with everything we had wished for for a few days of quiet retreat. The area has so many curiosities to explore and having the river so close made it feel close to nature even though the town centre was so accessible too. The rooms are comfortable, warm and characterful with a lovely "cottage" feel but modernised for convenience and comfort. I'd not hesitate to recommend Neil's place - thanks for a great stay.

Wonderful long weekend at Flagstone Cottage, the most peaceful place we’ve ever been, no car noises whatsoever and beautiful scenery. Cottage was exactly as described. We asked for the BBQ to come back out and Clare actually brought out all the outside furniture for us to use which was a nice surprise when we got back from our day trip. Our 5yo daughter loved the mezzanine bedroom and being able to have multiple baths a day (we only have a shower at home). The walk from Llanthony Priory up Hatterhall hill is amazing and the pint in the priory grounds at the end was very scenic and rewarding! Hay-On-Wye is well worth a visit, Abergavenny also.

We had a very friendly welcome and were left to admire the character of the cottage. I loved spending time in the jacuzzi as did my wife, son and sister in law. We were with our 4 month old daughter. First time taking her away and we felt she was old enough to finally go somewhere different. Tracey provided us with a travel cot which was great. Was a great getaway in a quiet area. Loved spending time in the cottage and I actually watched a DVD after years! A great switch off from city life. Thank you again Tracey. And as everyone mentions. The cakes were great!!

The cottage is very well equipped, comfortable and clean. The beds were comfortable with high quality linen. The shower was powerful with lots of hot water available. We cooked in because the pub kitchen was closed after 5pm due to the six nations rugby. The oven and hob were great as was the dishwasher too. A very peaceful location, just a shame we couldn’t have stayed longer. There was a very generous welcome pack which saved us having to bring the essentials.

Beautiful home, beautiful location. Peaceful and tranquil. Wonderful walks mere steps from your door. Everything we needed for our stay was there. The garden is enclosed so suitable for your four-legged friend. Robert was friendly and communicated clearly. We would highly recommend. Lovely cottage in a beautiful location. The cottage is cute and cosy with lots of nice touches - we particularly liked the historial pictures of the local area! It was truly dog friendly with even treats and toys provided, which was super sweet. Well stocked kitchen with everything you need, and clean throughout. The shared garden out the front was also a peaceful spot to chill with a fantastic view. Kerry was proactive with the info we needed and we had a great trip! Definitely recommend :)

Lovely little cottage where I based myself for a week with my dog. There's a track that leads up into the woods to the left of the cottage and you can walk and walk. House was lovely and clean, everything you need for self catering. Quiet and peaceful and Lorraine was a lovely host.

Amazing AirBnB. Beautiful panoramic window, all furnished well, super huge comfy bed, fantastic shower, Peter was hugely helpful and responded straight away when we couldn’t get the heating going, great dog walks, 4 miles to lovely Ludlow and a National Trust castle. We had a lovely stay in Edith’s cottage, perfect for an escape from the city! The cottage is on the cycle path into the Forest of Dean and the family cycle route is brilliant for all ages and levels, we hope to return to try some of the harder routes! The cottage itself is clean and very cosy and equipped with everything we needed, we stayed in winter and we loved warm nights playing Jenga by the log burner. Ann was a great host and shared lots of local knowledge ahead of our stay and in the info pack, I used one of the bikes and it was perfect for the easy paths. We’d love to return and highly recommend it.

Lovely, peaceful location. Short walk to the pub with a great Indian restaurant and takeaway. The whole place was immaculately clean. Really comfy bed. As mentioned by others parking is a bit of a squeeze.

An incredible stay over Christmas with my family. Ann made so much effort with a beautifully decorated Christmas tree, wreath and decorations throughout. The home is beautifully decorated and we felt right at home. The kitchen is equipped with everything you might need! Ann & Pete were super friendly and very responsive! The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom clean and spacious. Thank you for sharing your wonderful cottage with us. We immediately felt at home and wish we could stay longer.

We had the most wholesome time in this cottage. Exactly what we were looking for for a girl's trip in the countryside. This stay was a whole experience for us. The fireplace, DVD player, tea pot, little table in the garden where we had breakfast—everything about it was perfect. 100% recommend.

lovely place. Nice and peaceful. Would love to stay their again. loved that their was tea, milk, bread and cereals on arrival which was needed after the drive.

We had a cosy stay. We loved the light, airy, oak beamed sun room with underfloor heating. Lots of hot water for showers and baths. Enjoyed the Aga, (would like more time to get used to cooking on it..... but a managed a tarte Tintin.) Serena very helpful and friendly, will answer questions. When we arrived the fire was lit and bread, milk, eggs, crisps and biscuits had been kindly left. There were staples in the cupboard which was very handy.

This is a little gem of an airbnb. We had the most perfect stay and already planning a return visit 🙂 it was the perfect little haven for a reset which is just what we needed and what we came for. For starters its in a beautiful part of the world, the house was so cosy and warmed up pretty quickly in the cold weather we had. The BBQ hut was the icing on the cake, absolute perfection. The Red Cow pub just a stones throw away was so welcoming and we had some amazing food there, highly recommend. All in all a fabulous stay in Wales.
