It has use of a beautiful enclosed garden, whilst the building itself is less than 50m from the centre of Aberystwyth's seafront. In a peaceful, tucked away spot, the cottage is newly refurbished and has a king size double bed, seating area and an ensuite shower+toilet. There is a private kitchenette with lounge and dining table and the restored original curved Georgian window (with seat).
