While compact, it is well designed and modern, with open plan living, featuring superfast broadband, smart tv, king size bed, fold away table, kitchen, separate shower room and under floor heating. It has large patio doors which open onto a good sized private patio, with comfortable furniture, bbq and fire pit where the river views can be enjoyed. Off road parking is provided to guests.

Unique and perfectly situated coastal retreat

Unwind and relax in this historic gem of a home. There has been a mill on this site since 1298 and in 2019 we completely refurbished the current 18th century milll to a very high standard to ensure a truly comfortable and magical getaway. You'll be surrounded by trees, bird song and the constant sound of running water and the sight of our resident heron by the waterfall. The mill lies in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in Daphne du Maurier country, on the Fowey estuary.

The Cottage is within the grounds of our home, Trevelyan, in a beautiful rural part of south east Cornwall. You will have your own walled garden area. It is a converted farm building, and we have attempted to make the best use of the space. The shower room is compact but perfectly adequate, there is a bedroom, kitchen/dining room and the living room has folding doors to bring the outside in! The Studio is a beautifully furnished, light and airy space in the grounds of our home. With far reaching stunning views of the countryside. It is approximately 2 miles from St Austell and convenient for beaches, Eden project, Heligan Gardens, Charlestown and lovely country walks. Due to Covid 19 I have put in an extra precautionary cleaning regime for your safety including the use of UV Disinfectant lamp which will be used between each guests visit.
