Lovely place for a quiet trip! Has everything you need in walking distance. Quite a ways away (10 mins) from city center, so it's preferable that you have your own transport if you want to dine there. If you are here for a working holiday, I'd recommend bringing a multi-plug adapter; there aren't quite enough power outlets if 2-3 people are working at the same time. Perfect for a family vacation though: super clean, flawless amenities, and easy to check in.

A great place that allows family and friend to have a short trip in Cameron Highland. Great Location as walking distance to Pasar Malam. Suggestion: to improve the Bathroom amenities like Shampoo, Shover Gel..the toilet paper is not comfortable as well. Will definitely improve the satisfaction if it's improved.! Overall, it's a great deal

A beautiful series of minimalist wooden furniture, creating a comfortable and clean environment. The toilet, bed sheets, sofa, and floor are all spotless.

stayed 3 nights. very responsive and friendly owner. clean unit. loved the pool and water slides.. very near to mamak shop-walking distance to saddam. overall i will definitely come back! very satisfied

Very compact and cosy and comfortable place with all amenities available. Location is fantastic . It is very close to all eating places and many biscuits and pastries and desserts shops closed by and walkable. All famous taugeh chicken rice restaurants and Tong Sui Kai are within 5 minutes walk. Ipoh Parade is only 10 minutes walk. The apartment is at 20th Floor where you can see the whole Ipoh town surrounded by mountains. Chi-Chan is very helpful and responsive and is a great communicater. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay in Chi-Chan place.

We were so pleased with this place. Moo was so kind and generous, and picked us up from the bus station. We didn't have a car, but it took only 30 minutes to walk to town, via a beautiful back path. Down a secret staircase from the apartment complex is access to a small village with vegetables for sale and many many tea and scone places. Grab is also readily available. thanks for a wonderful stay.

Great stay, very near to the night market. Easily accessible and worth the price. A good place to stay with family and friends. We enjoyed it!

We enjoyed our short stay. Mr Chan place is clean, Comfortable, spacious and quiet. This listing has almost everything we needed for a short stay. The water filter is a big plus. Kitchen is well equipped. A big fridge, pots and pans, cutlery and mugs too. Water pressure & temperature is excellent for warm showers. There are 3 showers & toilets in this listing. Ample of house slippers, Comfortable sofa. Big dining table. We loved the balcony with view of green. It is about 10 mins walking to Tanah Rata bus terminal where there are many eateries and shops available there. Besides the apartment, there are also eateries n convenience shops available. If you are looking for a value for money, spacious and clean place to stay in Tanah Rata . This is definitely the place.

Nice and pleasant place to stay, just walking distance to sunway lost world tambun. The swimming pool and onsen pool are absolutely great. There is currently construction work going on, so it is slightly noisy. Apart from this, it is good.

A must stay in Ipoh. Everything from pharmacy to restaurants are in walking distance. The view from the infinity pool is priceless
