Holiday rentals with a patio in Perivolia

I would like to recommend these apartments; they have everything you need. It’s a very clean, bright, and spacious ground-floor apartment with its own private entrance and a small pool. However, during the colder months, the pool is unusable, as is the communal pool in these apartments. The sea is just across the road!

Everything was super cool, nice location, nice balcony. Apartment was clean. The owners left us a bottle of wine, which was very nice:) recommend for sure!

Great Stay – Highly Recommend! I stayed for just one night, but everything was perfect from start to finish. The apartment was exactly as described — clean, cozy, and stylishly decorated. The bed was super comfortable, and all the little touches (like fresh towels, coffee, and toiletries) made the stay feel extra thoughtful. Check-in was smooth and communication with the host was quick and easy. The location was also ideal — close to restaurants, shops, and easy to get around. Even though it was a short stay, it was super comfortable and convenient. I’d definitely come back again for a longer visit!

This was a beautiful place to stay! It matched the descriptions, and is in a peaceful area. It was a good location to explore other areas (a car is needed here). The owner was quick to help when an issue came up, and there were lots of personal touches like a hand-written note when I arrived. There are lots of ants, so make sure all food is well-sealed, but other than that, the place was very clean!

We had great time staying in Fadi’s apartment. Place was well equipped and clean,baby crib and high chair was provided by host. Fadi was an amazing host,he was responsive and considerate, ensuring our stay was comfortable from start to finish.

Clean and in a great location. The building is a bit old but well-kept. I’d have preferred different décor or smaller plants. Friendly and helpful host. Overall, a good stay!

We absolutely loved our week at Susan’s villa. I was travelling with my husband, our two boys and my mum and there was plenty of space for all of us. It’s light and airy and well maintained. We loved having morning coffee on the little balcony with views of the hills. The decor is gorgeous and the little courtyard with hot tub is a real bonus. Kalavasos is a lovely authentic Cypriot village, good coffee places and a lovely taverna within 2 mins walk.

Stavros is a wonderful person you would love to deal and talk to him, I really felt like he is a family member who wants you to enjoy every moment in his place. Thank you Stavros for everything. I think I have a friend now in larnaca and not only a host. Sure will come again with my family

The location, of the house is a quiet, neighborhood (with local families), very close to supermarkets and places to eat. it also has good transportation to the city centre and nearby beach. The house is very clean, well furnished and well decorated. it has anything you need. the air-conditioning system is really good (something necessary for the weather of Cyprus). The communication with the host was excellent. Responsive at any time and always willing to help.

Excellent stay for our family holiday. We loved the huge kitchen and the big area in the front room. We made the most of the house and garden. Kitchen had everything to cook big family meals and didn’t want to leave :) also the area is nice- walking distance to the beach and a few restaurants. Highly recommended

Big company with children spent there NY holidays! It was nice, beautiful, all necessary equipment, table tennis, barbecue were there. And marvelous fire place made our holidays cozy and sweet. Thank you very much for the fast reaction at all our needs!

We travel quite a lot, but so far it’s been one of the best accommodation we stayed in. It had everything we needed and even more - well equipped kitchen, beach accessories, comfortable bed, AC in both rooms etc. The flat is in the walking distance from the beach and some stores, and if you rent a car, you can easily reach a lot of beautiful places. The host was very responsive, kind and extremely helpful. We’ll be back for sure!

The location is great, right in the center, 2 minutes from the beach and a few minutes from attractions (Old Fort, Lazarus Church). Supermarkets are near and lots of restaurants nearby. The apartment was clean and matched the description. It was quiet at night as the apartment is on the backside of the building, from where you get a view to Church of Lazarus. During our stay in February it was cold outside (1-8degrees) but the AC in all rooms help to warm up the apartment really nice. Kitchen is well equiped with all the things that you need. Demetrius is a friendly host and he welcomed us at check-in. He always was responsive and provided helpful information. For us it was even possible an early check-in. The only downside could be the eating place which is for 2 person's and is with high chairs, still we managed to solve this for a family of 4 by using the chairs and table from the balcony. We enjoyed our stay in this apartment!

A great stay. Been to Kiti many times and really enjoyed this stay as always. Great apartment and communication with the hoist was excellent. Check seemed to be earlier than usual at 10.00am and a bit later would of helped. All in all a great stay.
