The Old School B&B Apartment

Always wanted to sleep during class? The Old School is there for you. We offer a Bed & Breakfast apartment in a former school building (build in 1900) in Schiedam. The apartment (67 m2/720 ft2) is located on the first floor. There is bed accommodation for three people with a seperate kitchen and bathroom. Situated in a quiet residential area with free parking and only a 5-minute walk to the centre of Schiedam. Rotterdam is 20 min. by public transportation. Breakfast on request 10 euro p.p.

Tiny House: 'The Henhouse' in Geervliet

A lovely old (1935) Hen House is the basis of this little studio (Tiny House). It is self supporting and is situated in Geervliet, a lovely old little town, very near the beaches of Hellevoetsluis, Rockanje and Oostvoorne. Also the medieval city Brielle is very nearby. We also love to cook outside, and when you need a BBQ or even a wood oven to make your own pizza's!, it's there! Inside there is already different kinds of tea and filter coffee and a coffee machine ready to use.

Opposite the Natura 2000 area Solleveld and the water tower is the house of Leo and Marloes. The apartment (50m2) is under the house and accessible via private entrance and elevator. It has a comfortable living room, bedroom (double bed), kitchen and bathroom with spacious shower. Equipped with all necessities and decorated with unique beach finds from "the Zandmotor" With the available bicycles, the beach is 5 minutes away. The price includes tourist tax, excluding 17% Airbnb.

A 6-minute walk is nice and quiet, historic Delfshaven, nice to eat and drink. Nice walking routes to the city centre. Close to public transport. My apartment is renovated, vintage decorated with a view of the Schie canal. Layout: living room, dining room, 2 bedrooms, 1 bedroom with very good double bed (M-line mattress), 1 bedroom with bunk bed, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, bathroom/toilet, balcony. I live downstairs, you have the upper floor.

The area is quiet, with your own parking spot behind the house.. Big garden for some sun. It's even possible to rent some bikes to discover the dunes and beach. On a nice walking distance there is a nice Restaurant located in the forest, called: Pex.
