“Comfortable and tidy with all the bits and bobs that you require. Lovely location; metres from the pub (great grub), 5 mins from the sandy beach, coast path, and a 30 minute walk to St Michaels Mount for your culture and heritage fix. Wow - what a delight!”
A stunning 18th century double fronted cottage oozing in charm and character with beamed fireplaces, 2 woodburners, large rear garden and parking for up to 6 cars. Pet friendly. Located in a quaint hamlet of approx. 25 properties, a short drive to Marazion beach, St Ives and Hayle Towans. Penzance mainline train station is just 5 miles away.
“Thanks Tessa a real home from home, everything you need for a perfect holiday, summer or winter .cool nights meant we could enjoy the log burner 🔥 Sadly we didn’t have much sunshine but the garden would be an amazing space for alfresco meals Most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in! Beautiful fresh bedding, and bedrooms and living areas had loads of storage space. Kitchen is well equipped, I was able to cook a special anniversary dinner for my parents 🥳 Just short drive to many of the scenic places, as-well as shops and beaches Perfect cosy Cornish cottage 😍”
The Arc is an annexe in our stunning garden with uninterrupted views to St. Michael's Mount and the Cornish Coast. It has a double bed with a small wet room with a shower, toilet and a separate hand basin. 'The Arc’ is in the small historic market town of Marazion walking distance to the famous St. Michael's Mount, cafes, pubs and galleries. We can recommend good places to eat, drink and visit. The coast path passes right past our front door.
“Wow, wow, wow! I surprised my partner with a night at the Arc and from the images and stay description alone I knew that this would be an exceptional stay however, it surpassed all expectations. Let's start with the view, the view from the Arc is phenomenal, we arrived in time to watch the sun set over Michel's Mount and the decking in front ours to use. A full interrupted view of St. Michel's Mount. The Arc itself is super cute. Amazing style/decor, you have everything you need for a short break. We stayed in January guaranteed the weather was a little chilly but Rob & Sarah had kitted out the Arc with heaters, fluffy throws and hot water bottles so we didn't even feel the cold. We didn't expect to have been left with so many additional touches such as bagels, smoked salmon, cereals and incredible brownies. We were spoilt for choice. The Arc is straightforward to find, free parking just a short walk away and only a five minute walk from the village centre. If you're reading this review and considering staying the night just do it and you won't regret it!”
