This stunning villa in JVC was a great experience. Spread over three floors with two living areas (one is used for a professional billiard table, which was one of the reasons we booked the house) and generously sized en-suite bedrooms.. so perfect for our extended family used for touch of luxury. Early morning on the terrace was nice, cigarettes in the yard in the evening, my husband appreciated the well-appointed kitchen for cooking sessions. The location is fantastic when you have a car or used to call an Uber to go around — just 20 minutes to Dubai Mall, 15 minutes to the Marina, its a peaceful neighborhood, there was a construction site which didnt bother us, windows are very well functioning. A pool is just next door, was a nice touch for the kids

The place was great, we had an amazing time. The place is exactly as described, great location and good price. Everything went smoothly and had great fun.

I had rented the place as part of my daughter's wedding in Ajman.Stay was the least of my tensions as everything was so smooth and was Shireesh and the caretaker Jamal was always available for any requirements.Villa is so beautiful and with the lighting decorations it looked amazing beyond words.All the visitors loved the place.i stayed for 5 days and it was very comfortable and homely as well.Very good location to access different parts of the city ,yet in a quiet and private area.I would highly recommend the place for any family gatherings or small events too as there is a hall with excellent interior and sound system.Its also sound proof .Special note for Jamal who looks after the house with so much care .Super clean all the time.

It was really beautiful and well cleaned villa and with private driveway parking. very quite area and privacy. any issues Mr Hira always been helpful person 24/7. definitely recommending this place if anyone travelling to dubai best location if you need to travel dubai mall, Emirate mall, Jbr, marina, anywhere you need to travel only takes 20 to 25 mins drive. swimming pool only 4 to minutes walk away and really good and gym 24/7. stayed with family and kids for 14 days felt like home. and price is worth it. if any one need to book ride Mr Hira always provide this service aswell with tesla and good price. in my 14 days experience in dubai with family i will definitely saying Mr Hira thanks alot for everything and the best services and will definitely book this villa again. We rented this villa to host some of the guests we invited from back home for my sister’s wedding, and they thoroughly enjoyed their stay. The villa is incredibly spacious, making it perfect for large families. We also held a small event at the villa, which turned out to be fantastic. The staff, especially the villa caretaker Saleem, were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Saleem was polite, attentive, and always willing to help. The property is conveniently located near a supermarket, park, beach, numerous restaurants, and offers two parking spaces. I highly recommend this villa to anyone looking to book it and am already looking forward to my next stay.

Hosted dads 60th birthday and just fell like home .. the villa was so beautiful.. big ..accommodated all the request we requested .. was the best decision to host the party there

We had an amazing stay, the house was clean and spacious, beds were comfortable and everything was as described. Private pool was very nice and the beach was 3min away.

It was vacation with kids!!! so its not easy times for parents))) House is very comfortable for big family! Nice place, clean and enough space for 4 kids. Very nice Swimming pool right next to the house (10 sec) Hugh was very helpfull! best host!

The location of the villa is good, easy to find. All questions were answered quickly and easy to communicate. The number of dishes ( cups, forks, plates) is not designed for 6 people.
