stunning top floor flat within city center's heart
Really nice top floor studio-flat behind the Town Hall and the Fontana Maggiore the main city center' square. The flat is in the most sacred old town'street, on the 4th floor of a medioeval building with no lift. It has an independent kitchen, mosaic bathroom and a nice terrace with a gorgeous view to eat and get tanned! The flat has just been renovated with wodden floor, new beds and fully equipped kitchen, wi-fi and TV. Towels and bed linen are included! Have a nice staying!

Penthouse 26
Enjoy a stylish vacation at this centrally-located place and very close to the station and the mini-meter that will take you directly to the historic center. The 26 penthouse is a special space created to be completely independent and luxury. Magical the atmospheres created with the bioclimatic pergola that covers part of the 100 sqm terrace that overlooks the center of the city. PS: from November to March inclusive, the hot tub cannot be used due to the cold temperatures.

The apartment, panoramic and very bright, is located in Corso Bersaglieri (Borgo Sant’Antonio), within the ancient medieval walls of the city, a few minutes walk from the Cathedral of San Lorenzo. I chose to furnish it using some objects from the ancient Umbrian peasant tradition to make you live the authentic experience of the Umbrian village. You will be able to park in Viale Sant'Antonio or park for free in the guarded car park with my card.

The flat is light and sunny and with a great view over the historical centre of Perugia and the surrounding hills. It can comfortably host six adults (in four rooms - two doubles and two singles) and a toddler (a crib - provided on request - can be placed in a bedroom or in the common areas). Fast, unlimited Internet.
