The property was completed in 2024, completely modern, but with an atmosphere that fits well into the old city center. For our guests arriving by car, parking is also provided in the closed gate!

The house has two floors, the lower part has an entrance hall, a kitchen-dining room, a living room and a toilet. On the top floor are the two bedrooms with separate entrances and the bathroom. The house has a large terrace with a garden furniture set and a fire pit. There is also a pier on the beach, our guests can use the 4-person tour train and fishing boat with a motorbike
