Jolie villa neuve, équipée de tout confort, dans une section calme portant son nom dans sa globalité "belle vue" : Vue imprenable sur la mer ainsi que la montagne, de plus bercée par la douceur des alizés. - 5 min de la plage - 15 min des chûtes du carbet - commerces à proximité. Située au centre de l'île permettant un accès facile entre la BASSE-TERRE et la GRANDE-TERRE. Logement parfait pour les couples, les voyageurs d'affaires et les familles (avec enfants).

Wooden house in quiet area

You will love the setting of this wooden house, comfortable and sober. With its 2 bedrooms in mezzanine, terrace open to the garden and the view in the distance to sea and mountain. The corner is quiet, few overlooked. We are located close to the National Park ( 5 minutes) with its forest and rivers. You can go there on hiking and excursion. And coming down 10 minutes from the shopping area, (doctor, pharmacy, car rental, public transport, catering...)

We are in the heights of Petit-Bourg not far from the Domaine de Vallombreuse. The property is wooded and flowered. It is fully secured with an automatic gate with remote control. The accommodation (the back part and bottom of the villa)is independent and out of sight...It can accommodate 2 independent groups: 2 to 4 people at the top and 2 in the downstairs studio. It is ideal for groups of 6 and for families with 2 to 4 children .
