Erica is a very good host, she answered all questions and solved all requests. The house is clean and overall nice. Not far from BTS On Nut, you can walk there. I had a great time here for a week and will stay here again next time.

环境不错，空间也适中，离地铁站需要15分钟的路程，楼下有7-11，要是买一些零食日用品都比较方便，唯一一个就不好的地方就是洗手盆出水非常慢，这个可能是我们刚好遇到，也许其他房间的不是这样，总体感觉还是不错的。

The accommodation is exactly as described in the pictures, for two people is perfect. Is even possible to cook small meals. The swimming pool area is nice for relaxing!

Good place for traveling alone. Take a motorcycle taxi to BTS station. Seven-Eleven convenience store nearby. house was clean and nice to have a washing machine. but. There was some dust out of sight. In conclusion I was well rested. Thank you~

入住体验很好，房东很热心回复信息非常及时，楼下就是711，买生活用品和吃的非常方便。公寓周边可以吃的饭馆也不少，基本满足生活需求。日常用品也可以去莲花超市购买，很不错。从onnut 轻轨站乘车去市区商圈也很快。

The Host: fantastic communicator! Responsive, accommodating, and empathetic to our all of needs from the moment we booked till post check-out. The Listing: beautiful skyline views! Clean interiors, great AC, warm water, and had everything we needed for a long term stay. The building staff were extremely kind and generous. The Location: everything you need within 2 km walking distance. If you don’t want to walk, the building mgmt also provided shuttle services to BTS Thong Lo & Ekkamai.

John is wonderful host! His response is really fast and kind. As this is brand new studio, so clean, so neat, every household items were new, and durable even tho there was an earthquake. There were fine restaurants by walk within 5 min, the location was wonderful too. I really want to visit this place again. Thank you John, it was wonderful time here.

Thanks to this house and the owner, I was able to have a comfortable stay in Bangkok. This is a great place to stay with children. The room is big and spacious. However, it was a sad that the floor coating peeled off. It needs some remodeling, but it has tuk-tuk service, friendly security, a swimming pool, and quietness. This is a very satisfactory accommodation.

Benny was a super host. I landed in Bangkok a few hours after the earthquake in Myanmar, when it was next to impossible to travel in the city. He helped me get a hotel close to the airport and refunded me for that night. The flat was comfortable, the pool in the building was great, and Benny gave lots of recommendations of where to visit around the area. 10/10

Another great stay in a clean apartment with a very convenient location. Most of all, Thip was a fantastic host — super flexible and understanding. I’ll gladly stay at Thip’s place should I return to Bangkok in the future.

Der Abholservice vom Flughafen funktionierte reibungslos und der Check in waren hervorragend. Alice Wohnung war sehr schön. Sie war sauber und perfekt eingerichtet. Wir fanden alles was wir brauchten. Waschmaschine, Wäscheständer,Bügeleisen, Schrank, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher es war einfach alles da. Die Klimaanlage war gut angeordnet und funktionierte tadellos. Wir waren 10 Tage dort und es war super für uns. BTS konnten wir nicht nutzen, weil wir nicht raus bekamen wie man an Tickets kommt. Wir nutzten Grab und waren sehr zufrieden. Danke Alice, dass wir deine Wohnung nutzen durften wir kommen gerne wieder.

It's a nice enough room in a mid-aged building (circa 1998). Stayed a couple of months. The room is not fancy but it's spacious, clean and has decent views (although the peeling, old tint on bedroom windows obscures that view). The pool is good for laps (bought my own deck chair as there are none) and gym is usable (most machines broken). Location not close to BTS trains but is a good local area. Room was good for its purpose and useful space for work-fron-home. A new sofa and some high chairs/small high round table, plants on the balcony would add some value. Was there for the earthquake, which was scary but the building held up!!

Amazing, very nice condo very clean

Our time here was fantastic. We were in a situation with another property that we needed a new place to stay quickly and they were happy to help us out. They were very quick to respond to messages and were so helpful with information. Wonderful hosts!
