Lalana’s place was the best stay in Bangkok! She was super responsive and helpful throughout. Small thoughtful touches like micellar water, body lotion, hair mousse, and free water made it feel like home. The place was spotless and so comfortable. When my flight was canceled, she kindly allowed me to check out and check back in, even offering another booking for the extra day. Early check-in, —she accommodated it all. Her communication is amazing—she’s always just a message away with quick responses and helpful recommendations. Her house help is lovely, and there’s free laundry! We returned home with clean clothes—such a bonus. The location is perfect, close to everything you need. If you’re coming to Bangkok and want a clean, cozy place with an incredibly supportive host, Lalana’s is the one. We had a wonderful stay! The space is practical and simple, yet incredibly cozy and affordable. Although it was a new listing with no reviews, I felt completely at ease trusting it, thanks to the hosts’ prompt and detailed communication. Their attention to detail and responsiveness made the entire experience seamless. The check-in and check-out process was effortless, and the location was ideal. It’s easy to catch a Grab or Bolt, and just a short walk to the train station (max 10mins). 7-11 is just beside the entrance and also a short stroll to jodd fairs night market (5mins) and some malls.. plus it’s conveniently located near the Klook meet-up point for our tours, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. Excellent balance of comfort, convenience, and value! Thanks for accommodating us ❤️

Safe, peaceful, and perfectly located I stayed at Petch Tower for a month and had a great experience. The building is very solid — not a single crack after the recent earthquake, while nearby places showed damage. I felt completely safe. The location is perfect: right next to Wat Pha Si, with a 7-Eleven just a minute away, a great café, and a local market 5 minutes away with amazing Thai breakfast for 25–30 baht. Thonglor is just around the corner, and from the balcony, you can even see Tulum Sky Bar, which is only a short walk away. The Isara Pier is right across the river — very practical, always running, no traffic. And Naya, the host, was incredibly kind and helpful. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for peace, safety, and convenience.

Mary’s home is a superb place to stay in Bangkok. Mary and her friends were incredibly gracious and attentive, always ready to answer all our questions with warmth and patience. The place was so cozy and got everything you could need, and the view outside the window is just like in the photo. There are plenty of food options right downstairs, and it’s within walking distance to the EmSphere mall and the BTS station. Definitely recommend to all :)

I had a really good stay here. The location is super convenient, just a short walk to public transport and plenty of places to eat and shop nearby, which made things easy. The guesthouse itself was clean and well-kept, which I appreciated after a long day out. It’s a simple, comfortable space that worked well for my trip. For the price, I think it’s a solid value — nothing fancy, but definitely good for anyone looking for a practical and affordable place to stay. Overall, a smooth experience and I’d consider booking again if I’m back in the area.

We enjoyed our second stay here very much. The house is so sweet and watching life on the water was very relaxing after our days exploring Bangkok. We used the boats as public transport, which I highly recommend! The neighbourhood is lovely and the cafes nearby are excellent. I'm so glad we were able to experience this very special part of Bangkok.

We loved staying here, even for just a quick 24 hours. The room was perfect, cute and quiet. AC was top notch. Local food recommendations were all great from what we tried. Such a peaceful space with super sweet hosts. Wish we had stayed longer, would book again. Highly recommend!

It's the first time I am bringing all my staffs to Bangkok for company trip. And everyone was extremely worried due to earthquake happened during our trip. However, Tak is a nice and helpful host, who ensure us the safety of us traveling during this shocked period and offering helps if needed. Besides that, the location of this property is very convenient, centralised and easily reachable to many eateries, convenient shops and shopping malls. It is walking distance to platinum mall, central world, Big C, BTS and etc. It is highly recommended for family vacation stay with kids or group travellers.

The appartment is simple but very cozy for two people travelling and wanting to discover Bangkok!

I stayed a few days after the quake and life was pretty normal. No cracks on walls or building but Garden cordoned off as well as the roof top pool. No biggie. Hope it’s re-opened next time. Super easy walk to MRT and secure, cozy, private apartment with amenities on the ground floor. There were a few more rules noted in the flat e.g. smoking weed carries an enormous fine which should be made clear online but again, no biggie. It was a lovely place to unwind after exploring

I recently stayed at this apartment and had an amazing experience! The location was ideal, with easy access to public transportation and 7/11. The apartment itself was clean, modern, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay—comfortable beds and a fully functional kitchen. For future stays, it would be great to have a kettle in the kitchen for making tea or coffee, and a small foot towel in the bathroom would be a thoughtful addition. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free stay. I would definitely book it again in the future!

송크란에 맞춰 묵었던 숙소인데 가격대비 룸컨디션이 너무 좋아 매우 맘에 들었습니다. 내부는 흠잡을데 없이 깔끔했고 청결했으며 직원들도 친절했습니다. 다음에 또 방콕에 방문한다면 다시 머무르고 싶습니다.

First of all, Simone is a great host, she makes sure everything goes well with the check in, gives very good instructions. Her place is like your home away from home, it has all that you might need, a working kitchen, clothes washer and dryer, ACs that works without a problem. It is very well connected to public transport and just one metro station away you get to an area full of restaurants and places to hang out. Lumpini park and Wat Pho are easily reacheable by metro, CentralW0rld by boat on the canal behind the condo. Very, very good location, although it could be noisy from the busy boulevard just in front. Bring some earplugs if you're a sensitive sleeper like me 😅. Overall Simone's place deliveres great value for the money and she is a great person, helpful and friendly. Definitely staying here if/when coming back to Bkk.
