La Stalla

The Rural or "Colonica" house of the Belforte Podere has ancient origins. Its roots are the history of the Villamagna hills, where it was built in the Middle Ages. In fact, the first attestations date back to 1200. The architectural structure, the various stone-fasts and the wooden architraves in the walls - shown in sight after the restoration - clarify its use as a Watching Tower. In 1700, it was converted into a farmhouse for agricultural use.

Apartment in Chianti at Mulino dell 'Argenna

The Rose apartment is located inside the Mulino dell 'Argenna guest house. The property was completely restored in 2015. It is an ancient stone mill dating back to the 1400s, built along the course of the Borro dell'Argenna. Il Mulino is an enchanting place, immersed in the greenery of the woods, with a beautiful one-hectare park and a large pool. An ideal place to spend your days in Tuscany in maximum privacy, in full contact with nature.

The suite is about 592 square feet with a wide living and a lovely balcony facing Arno River. It has an amazing view of the Ponte Vecchio as well as the Ponte Santa Trinita. The living room is open to a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. The bedroom has a queen size bed and 2 closets. A large bathroom with 2 windows, double sinks and a walk-in shower, is connected with the bedroom. Wi-Fi and air conditioning system are provided.
