Independent, it consists of two mini apartments of about 40 sqm each and communicating. It is spread over 90 square meters and consists of a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom, a double bedroom and another room that can be used as a study or second bedroom as needed. Ethical house in Umbria

It is a 60 sqm annex suitable for couples who want to visit our region. We don't have a swimming pool but we have the truffle ground, the stream, the roe deer, porcupines, wild boars, our cats and the little dog Moti. In the garden, you will find herbs, fruit, and garden produce. Inside the cottage we rent, you will have our olive oil and helichrysum liqueur that we produce. We also produce saffron, but we sell it! Of course, pets are welcome!

The call of the surrounding nature is strong, especially in the veranda, where, the large windows look towards a beautiful view, which on clear days discovers the sea. During the summer, the exclusive swimming pool, infinity, also towards this beautiful landscape becomes the protagonist.
