Canalizu L'Abeya Village House

House rehabilitated in Sotres in 2010. It has two double bedrooms (one double and one twin), a fully equipped bathroom, a living room-kitchen, a fireplace (firewood is not included, but it is provided at an extra cost), heating, and a terrace that allows you to enjoy the Picos de Europa. In 2021 we improved our house with an outdoor porch. In 2022 we installed new windows and in 2023 we installed a new oven and ceramic hob in the kitchen. SmartTV in the living room and free WiFi throughout the house.

A spacious bedroom features a large bed adorned with a floral duvet, complemented by earthy wooden beams overhead. Large glass doors provide stunning views of the sea and lead to a freestanding bathtub near the window, surrounded by greenery for a relaxed ambiance.

Located just above the cliff of Llumeres, with privileged and direct views to the Faro Peñas, a place of great interest and demand in the Principality of Asturias. It has two bedrooms one with two beds of 90 and the other with a bed of 35. a bathroom with shower , toilet and living room with fireplace ,kitchen equipped with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, iron, washing machine, dryer and everything necessary to have a pleasant stay . Come enjoy the peaks of Europe and the beach just 30 minutes away.

Please note that it generates noise so refrain from booking for people sensitive to noise.🙏 But if you don't mind, it's an ideal place☺ The location allows you to walk to the main points of interest in 2 minutes: beaches, port, old town.
