First floor with two bedrooms and two bathrooms: the main bedroom (looking at Orvieto) with a double bed and internal bathroom and a second one with a double bed and a bed sofa. La Piccola Terrazza offers an apartment inside a historic building consisting of an entrance, double bedroom; bedroom with 2 single beds, equipped kitchen and dining room; bathroom with shower; and the beautiful terrace overlooking the lake to be able to sip a delicious wine at the end of the evening

The apartment is two floors below the square, entirely dug into the tuff. Overlooking the valley, it is isolated from the noises of the street, quiet, private, and very welcoming. The tuff walls give it an ancient vibe to transport you to another time. It can be reached on foot, via a footbridge that takes you directly to the square where the property is located. It is perfect for short stays of complete relaxation, but with the fully equipped kitchen you can make the most of it.

The accommodation consists of a small stone house on two levels with an outdoor stone patio and is located on the top of a hill completely covered with woods. A short private white road ( 500m) leads from the paved road to the house. The building was designed by the owner, who is an architect, and is built according to the most recent anti-seismic regulations and according to the principles of bio-architecture. The house is actually a near zero energy building (Nzeb).
