Het huis ligt 30 meter van ons woonhuis vandaan. Het vakantiehuis met vloerverwarming is van alle gemakken voorzien. Met grote omheinde tuin op het zuiden. Fietsverhuur en supermarkt op 1 km afstand. A lovely old (1935) Hen House is the basis of this little studio (Tiny House). It is self supporting and is situated in Geervliet, a lovely old little town, very near the beaches of Hellevoetsluis, Rockanje and Oostvoorne. Also the medieval city Brielle is very nearby. We also love to cook outside, and when you need a BBQ or even a wood oven to make your own pizza's!, it's there! Inside there is already different kinds of tea and filter coffee and a coffee machine ready to use.

Very luxuriously furnished vacation home directly on the water with a 13-meter-long jetty for a sailboat or fishing boat (also for rent). Within a few minutes you can sail to the Volkerak. The water is also connected to the Haringvliet and the HD. The house is centrally located for a day at Grevelingenstrand (5 min.) or the Noorzeestrand (20 min.). Cozy towns in Zeeland are also not far away. The city of Rotterdam, popular with tourists, is only 25 minutes away by car.

"The old meule" was built in 1877, which we turned into a cozy bed and breakfast. Completely in style, equipped with kitchen incl. oven, induction cooking plate, fridge and dishwasher, 3 bedrooms ( 1 equipped with sink and circulation of the mill), shower incl. rain shower, separate toilet, smart TV and WiFi available. At the back space to sit and barbecue. Also there is a private free parking space. A delicious full breakfast is included.
