The room looks the same as in the pictures, especially the AC that works very well. The receptionist Khamis is very responsive and kind. You can have breakfast and see flying foxes (actually bats) after sunset on the rooftop. The house locates near the ferry, and 15 minutes walking distance to town. People in Pemba are super nice, jackfruits are very cheap (1 dollar for one!!!). I started missing it right after I left.

Pemba Moonlight was fabulous! It is private, close to the beach, and everyone was very helpful and nice. Malon, who helped us during our stay, was a ray of sunshine and brought a smile to our face every day. Said was extremely helpful with arranging our activities and communicating with us. The food was fresh with homemade, local Swahili options. The stars are fabulous at night. We would highly recommend this wonderful getaway in Pemba :)

As described, ideal for disconnecting and resting. Faisal, speaks French very well, ( and many other languages) he welcomed us to the port and made the crossing with us, then we were welcomed by Ismael who is of incomparable kindness. He took care of us throughout our stay. In addition, the nearby village is really authentic... if you are looking for luxury, it's not for you... for us, it was ideal...

Ally is a number one host. He’s very reactive and tries to help with any of the wishes you have, without pushing you into anything. He arranged some amazing dinner for me and the breakfast was also incredible. He gave me instructions and material to go snorkeling on my own. What a paradise under water! Ally is trying to improve even more, so I suppose the upcoming guests will only get more and more.
